This quality built condo has elevators that bring you straight to your floor, reserved covered private parking spaces at front entrance exclusively for your use. Magnificently landscaped grounds, with special jogging, biking, and walking paths, bocci courts, softball fields, with 4 olympic size pools, a huge 24 hour fitness/wellness center, Jacuzzi, tiki-bar, 2 outstanding restaurants and gorgeous clubhouse. My condo is located on 3rd floor and has elegant and comfortable furnishings, in a beautiful setting including a foyer, new kitchen with lovely wood cabinets, granite counters, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, a separate dining area and large living room, 1 55' big screen HDTV in family roof and 1 36' HDTV in Master Bedroom with full cable channel line-up including movie and sports package plus WIFI, a large master suite with king bed, a spacious guest bedroom with queen bed, 2 full-size baths including and oversized stall shower and soaking tub, up-scale fixtures and separate washer and dryer in the unit. The unit includes a relaxing large screened-in terrace, and panoramic views of lakes, golf course and of forest preserves. There are many extras, like crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and gated 24/7 security. Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash pick-up, 100 channel cable-HDTV and high speed internet with WIFI. Property is also located near the NY Yankee training facility, Baltimore training center, Hard Rock café, Ellenton outlet center, the new 880,000 sq.ft. University Town Center Mall with all designer stores and restaurants, EPCOT center, and only 90 minute drive to Disney World in Orlando, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, among other resort destinations. Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island beach only minutes. 20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, with opera, symphony, ballet and live theatre are 20 minutes away.
