Located 600 feet off the Delaware Bay.
This absolutely beautiful private beach house sleeps 6 comfortably.
Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 full size baths , and a queen size pullout if you need extra room.
Great living space. Living room, cute kitchen, sunroom, central air , a great rooftop deck,
Huge fenced in yard with your own bar area .
This beauty is totally modern with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave , a 5 burner stove, a private laundry room, sunroom with an overhead garage door that opens up onto your large deck.
House is complete with everything you need for a great vacation. Outside shower for those sandy toes. Located 600 feet off the bay, where you can bask in the sun on our free beach, or take a ride on the CapeMay / Lewis ferry located across the street. The house has 3 televisions , just in case you prefer to sit in one night and BBQ .
It’s a 10 min drive to downtown CapeMay. There so much to see around town. It’s not only a summer resort ! CapeMay is also a winter wonderland .
Check out all the beautiful Victorian homes , or a horse and carriage ride through the beautiful town. Maybe whale watching or a fishing trip?
Wineries are a favorite also.

Hmmm about me.. I'm in 60’s but still know what having a great vacation means. Memories! That’s what it means.....I've tried to cover everything. for whomever comes here to vacation. I moved here because of my childhood memories. It’s about enjoying your time if it’s in the pool or sitting on the beach, the restaurants are fantastic but the Sunsets are spectacular... Grab a bottle of wine , camera, and a blanket . CapeMay won’t disappoint...
Why they chose this property
Why not? I lived here prior and know what’s important. Regardless of when you’re here it’s spectacular. Cleanliness is a major factor this year . I didn’t rent last year because of COVID. I had many requests but not knowing the right precautions kept me from renting, but it gave me the opportunity to upgrade my house.

A tropical paradise. A cute bar in the yard , stock it and enjoy it! Night time fire pit or sit on the rooftop deck and watch the ferry coming in from Delaware. BBQ on the large deck. No I don’t allow pets . It’s really hard to keep up on the maintenance . We wanted it to be clean and dust free. So if you do have pets the isn’t the place for you. It is private and it is beautiful......
