Attention compte des faux frais

L’appartement est correct, cependant le service est horrible : le loueur compte des frais de nettoyage et c’est quand même vous qui devez le faire. Nous avions fait un nettoyage de respect, puisque nous avions payé le nettoyage, et le loueur nous a agressé à notre départ et lorsque nous lui avons rappeler que les frais de nettoyage étaient facturés et que nous n’avions pas à le faire. Il menace de ne pas rendre la caution, tient des propos désagréable, etc. Idem, le linge de lit n’est pas fourni, sauf supplément et même en payant, les kits sont incomplets (pas de housse pour les couettes).

Super Lage und super Wohnung

Sehr großzügig Maisonettwohnung, die auch 2 Teenagern genügend Raum lässt. Trotzdem.die Möglichkeit gemeinsam zu essen und/oder gemeinsam auf der Treasse zu sitzen. Aussendusche um den Strandsand abzuweichen und ein Einstellplatz für das Auto runden den sehr guten Eindruck ab. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Zwar nur auf feanzösisch aber klappt mittels Google Translator super. Strand, Supermarkt, Mallorca, Restaurants usw. in super kurzer Entfernung. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses mit WLan Küche mit Waschmaschine, Toaster, Backofen, Kaffeepadmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Insgesamt eine der besten Ferienhäuser die wir je in Lacanau Ocean hatten. (seit 1998 alle 2 Jahre in Lacanau, 5 Personen, 2 Teenager, 1 Kind)
