Truffle house "Les Truffes"

At the exit of the village of Montagnac, in quiet area, House of 120m ² with terrace and garden.

You will benefit in the rez of putting on of a nice room of life opened on kitchen (dishwasher, combined fridge freezer, electric oven, plate gas, microwaves, filter coffee machine.), Of a room (bed 160/190) with bathroom, a toilet, a laundry (washing machine).

On the floor you will find two rooms with cupboards (2 beds 90/200 in the 1st room, 160/200 in the 2nd room), then a third room with bed of 140/190. You have a bathroom with toilet on the floor.

You will enjoy outdoors two terraces. The 1st terrace is covered with the possibility to eat. On the 2nd terrace you will find a sitting area where you can rest and relax.
For your grill, a gas griddle is at your disposal.
