About this property

Charming villa in the center of town 100 meters from the beach special long term price

One of the oldest Villa (with parking) in Le Touquet, ideally located in the heart of the resort. Non-Smoking, renovated in 2018, pet friendly Everything on foot or by bike (at your disposal). The sea at 100 meters as well as the shops and the covered market.
On the ground floor you will have a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and WC. Upstairs the second bedroom with balcony, a dressing room, a large shower room and WC.
In the basement a large room for bikes and your beach stuff.
You will be asked for a deposit of 1000 euros upon arrival.

Absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful property, immaculately furnished and very clean, equipped with everything you need and more. Five minute walk to the beach and even less to a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Very close to the market which is held on Thursdays and Saturdays. Would highly recommend.

Superbe séjour dans un très bel écrin

La maison est une très belle touquettoise, idéalement placée entre commerces et plage. En plus d'être de caractère, la maison est très fonctionnelle et l'on s'y sent très bien en toutes circonstances (même par gros temps). Le festival de jazz du Touquet est cette année encore très sympa. Donne envie d'y retourner.

Charmante touquettoise bien rénovée avec goût d'une propreté irréprochable. Rien ne manque pour un séjour en toute sérénité comme à la maison. Oubliez la voiture, cette maison est tellement bien située que vous avez accès à la plage et au centre ville en moins de 5 mns. Rustieke woning gelegen op een toplocatie !

Mooie gezellige woning die een bepaalde charme uitstraalt! We werden ontvangen door een heel vriendelijke man Jean-Pierre die ons wegwijs maakte in en rond het huis. Strand, duinen , restaurants en winkelcentrum zijn op wandelafstand gelegen. Voor ons was het een supergezellige vakantie !!
