Adjacent to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge resort, enjoy a private, luxurious getaway at this contemporary 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental house in Phoenix. Located north of town in the quiet Desert Ridge Community, this 2,100-square-foot home boasts well-appointed decor, comfortable furnishings, 2 separate living areas, and spacious bedrooms each including a TV. Lounge outside on the large barbecue patio, practice your short game on the backyard putting green and explore surrounding attractions for your next Southwest retreat! While this luxurious home offers a private getaway just north of town, you'll still enjoy easy access to local attractions when you're looking for some excitement away from the property.

Desert Ridge Marketplace and City North offer over 80 shops and 25 restaurants just a short walk away, allowing you to treat yourself throughout your stay. JW Marriott Desert Ridge and Wildfire Golf Club are also within walking distance, so make sure to pack the clubs! If you'd rather be a spectator, the WM Phoenix Open is only 10 minutes away at TPC Scottsdale. Numerous hiking and biking trails around town. 10 minutes to North Scottsdale attractions including the Barrett-Jackson auction, Waste Management Open, Spring Training and Old Town Scottsdale. Mayo Clinic Phoenix is a short 3.5 mile drive and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is also only 20 minutes away, where you can catch a spring training game or take advantage of convenient shopping, dining, and one of a kind local events.

With easy access to both the 101 and 51 freeways, you can spend days exploring the surrounding towns of Glendale, Scottsdale and central Phoenix.

Our 2nd time renting this lovely house. Owner continues to upgrade the decor. So comfortable inside and out. Beautiful furnishings, linens and all the necessities needed are there. Close to everything we needed. Golf, restaurants and shopping. Great location to go to all popular locations. I highly recommend.

Home was in a great neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, and in my case medical. We settled right in with all the comforts you would need. Host was great at responding. Definitely will be my go to when in town.

Home away from home

Beautiful, clean, and spacious with a fantastic patio. The "little touches" and amenities (welcome basket, soaps, slippers, etc.) were a great surprise. Owner and host very friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions. Highly recommend.

Family Visit to Phx for Wedding

The home was perfect for our needs while visiting Phx for my cousins wedding! The back yard was very relaxing and the house was the perfect location for being near stores and also close to my Aunts home. The house was clean and very spacious. The only issue we had was with the door keypad not working one evening and we had to call the concierge for help to unlock and reset it. She did so but seemed annoyed that we were calling at 9:45 pm. That is my only complaint about our otherwise perfect stay!

The house was in perfect condition and well appointed. So nice to have the extra necessities already supplied. The lovely outdoor living space was so comfortable. Great location and neighborhood and nice areas for a walk. So convenient to golf courses , restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend.

Golf Trip

The property is awesome! Very large master with big bath and 2 other good size bedrooms. TV's are plentiful and more importantly...easy to operate with all the popular news and entertainment channels. Kitchen well appointed with K Cup machine and complimentary coffee. Living room for added privacy and putting green and chipping area in back yard!! Easily a 5 Star Property!!

This was a fabulous property. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Kitchen had everything we needed to create any meals we could have imagined. Especially appreciated the sharp knives and the complimentary coffee station. Highly recommend.

Great stay

House was as described. Had great outdoor area along with some putters and supplies in the garage to get the most out of it. Beds are comfortable and house is well equipped. Great convenient location close to highway but not a super congested area lots of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Quiet & Comfortable!

Our family of four needed a location nearby, as we were getting some work done on our house. This house was perfect for what we needed! It was clean, spacious, nicely appointed and it had all the essentials we needed. We felt right at home! The location was perfect too. Shopping, dining, access to freeways were all within a couple of miles and the house was in a nice neighborhood. The property manager was attentive and responded quickly when we had a question or needed something. We had a lovely experience and we’d definitely recommend this VRBO!

Desert Ridge Review

Very nice property in good location and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The trade off was that it was a pretty high traffic area being right off Tatum but we still enjoyed our stay very much!

Great rental for Desert Ridge Area

This a a very comfortable house for a Phoenix stay.. It was spotless and included all the basic amenities. I will definitely try to stay there again when I return to Phoenix
