We have a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage (220V) or a standard 110V outlet. The EV outlet is on a 50amp breaker capable of charging 12-80 miles per hour. Note that we do not offer any charging cables at this time - ONLY the outlet for level 1 or level 2 charging in the garage.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Only 6 adults and 4 children allowed during a stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them as our cleaners will handle this. -Place all used towels on the floor of the laundry room. -Load the dishwasher and start it. Please hand wash any extras.
-Remove all of your items throughout the house. -Take all trash and recycling out to the receptacles on the side of the house. -Move all furniture and items back to their original locations.
-Report any damages or stains. -Log out of all streaming devices. -Set thermostat to 80F / 26C. -Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, events or illegal activity allowed. No more than 4 visitors during the day. No golfing of any kind. Quiet Hours:9pm-8am.
No lifeguard on duty so guests swim at own risk. No diving, no glassware in or around the pool and no running allowed.
Security cameras: exterior: garage, front door & pool facing. Security deposit required of $400, deposit processed by host on guest's credit card.

Turquoise Palms is a single-level, open floor plan, home with expansive natural light. It's in a central location near hiking, shopping, restaurants, world class golf, grocery stores, and countless other activities.
