Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them as our cleaners will handle this. -Place all used towels on the floor of the laundry room. -Load the dishwasher and start it. Please hand wash any extras.
-Remove all of your items throughout the house. -Take all trash and recycling out to the receptacles on the side of the house. -Move all furniture and items back to their original locations.
-Report any damages or stains. -Log out of all streaming devices. -Set thermostat to 80F / 26C. -Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are closed and locked.

The house was great! Very clean, very spacious and great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was beautiful. This was perfect for our family vacation with adult kids and 2 small grandchildren. The house is clean with plenty of room to spread out. Elegant home away from home

Great property well located in N. Scottsdale - property was clean and well stocked and Anisha was a wonderful host and communicated well with us. There was plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 large sitting areas as well as the pool area where we were able to get plenty of winter sun! There was even Golden Tee arcade game which was a nice addition as we had some fun tournaments. The pool was delightful and pristine. It was lovely swimming and floating while gazing at the citrus trees. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return for a future trip. Thank you Anisha!

What a way to end our Summer

Can not say enough good things about this property. I really enjoyed that they had kid friendly toys and books and games for my little one. It was also a plus that they had kid utensils and bowls. The pool was amazing. My son really liked night swimming. So much space and places to unwind and relax. It was really nice that they had supplies for us to do a load of laundry so nice to pack all clean clothes. I will be booking again next time I am in town to visit family.

We booked the house for a quite girls weekend bookended by work trips to the Southwest. Our group of four arrived and got situated with incredible ease - and a huge thank you for whomever painstakingly labeled every single light switch. It was so easy to get in when we arrived after dark! The house is incredibly well appointed with every amenity you could want - from keurig to drip coffee to kettle - a full kitchen to cook (if that's your thing) and lovely comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We also made great use of the spacious laundry room which is incredibly well deigned to allow for air drying of clothes and the machines were easy to use and clean! The pre-arrival information was thorough and easy to understand. The host was proactive about communication and very friendly! The area has loads of nearby shops and dining options. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is perfection. We just rotated around each day - snack, pool, lounge, TV, snack, pool, lounge, TV, etc. It was perfection. The heated pool was great - took the cool edge off (for mid-October the nights got surprisingly cool!) and in-pool lounge chairs were great! Please note that as truly a testament to how relaxed we were and what a great stay we had, we only took one photo! I would easily book this location again if I'm in the area and will recommend to friends! 100/100 - Gold stars!!!

Anisha and Ryan are excellent hosts. The property is as advertised online and they have truly made it a great family get away destination. During our month long stay they checked in often to make sure things were going well. There was one weekend incident with an adjoining rental property. When alerted to the problem, Anisha was quick to respond to the situation with that property owner and manager. Overall, my wife and I, along with our family and friends visitors, all enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house with amazing backyard

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the property, and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful, with so many amenities that other VRBO's would never think of. (Ice Maker, Juicer to juice fruit growing in the back yard, abundant pool towels and pool towels and toys just to name a few). Everything was well labelled so we did not have to search cabinets and drawers, and labelling extended to operation of various features (such as the fireplace). We found it to be a quiet neighborhood, the kids enjoyed the heated pool and the backyard playhouse. Adults enjoyed the multiple TV's and seating areas. Beds were comfy too! We will definitely stay here again given the chance.

Turquoise Palm

We had an excellent time at our stay at Turquoise Palms! The house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation. We spent the majority of time at the house swimming and enjoying each other’s company. The house is very spacious and modern. The decor was bright and inviting. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed which was great because we spent so much time at the house. We had two young children and a baby with us. There were bunk beds, a play house, and swim toys which were great for the kids. Keeping the house at a cool temperature was very easy to manage. Having a washer and dryer was great with having kids and also nice to use before we left so we could get home with clean clothes. The pool and outdoor space was the best part about staying at this house! Not being from Arizona we didn’t think we needed a heated pool but having it heated made the pool the perfect temperature at all times. The neighborhood is quiet making our time outside very chill and relaxing. There are several stairs leading into one side of the pool as well as a little area to have some chairs in the water to lay out. We really liked both features. At night the pool lit up with interchanging colors and lights went on overhead. There’s a table with ample lighting and ceiling fan overhead. We had most meals out there. Such a great place to spend time at all hours of the day. The owners were very communicative. We reached out few times and they responded very quickly. They got us a gift card at Press Coffee for $15 which was incredibly nice. There was a nice welcome package left for us on the table when we walked in that included snacks, water and some information about places to go in Arizona. They were very welcoming and very nice. I highly recommend for anyone to stay at Turquoise Palms. We all really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay there again in the future!

We have 3 young kiddos and have always wanted to have a home away from home to create lasting memories with them - and who knows...maybe it'll be where we retire someday. Landing on Scottsdale was a no-brainer - the sun, the outdoor activities and ease of access were all important factors when deciding where that could be.

We put a TON of care and attention to detail into this entire renovation as well as how we treat our guests. It's not only what our guests experience at the home but also how we make them feel. Come see for yourself! We'd love to have you.

Two local baby rental companies offer a discount to our guests so you can travel easier and lighter! (We are not paid a commission to use these companies so you can shop with ease.) Upon booking, our standard rental agreement will be sent to you via email and a signature is required in order to gain access to the home. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Only 6 adults and 4 children allowed during a stay.
