Never miss a sunset! Enjoy sweeping Gulf views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom of this light and bright unit steps from the sand. The second and third bedrooms have views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Belleair Causeway. Recently updated with new paint, furnishings, linens, and kitchenwares, you are sure to have everything you need.

Located in the beautifully-maintained Driftwood Sands community, enjoy swims in the heated pool and access to an outdoor kitchen and gazebo, grills, Gulf front sun decks, and shuffleboard courts. The unit has an assigned parking space under the building, and moving in is a breeze with provided carts and easy access to two secured entrances with elevators.

Beach towels and coolers are available for your use, and a ground floor storage room is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and more.

The kitchen includes a convection microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stand mixer, and slow cooker. A starter pack of basic soaps, detergents, and paper products is provided.

A one-month lease minimum and rental application ($100) are required by the HOA.

BabyBjorn Travel Crib and Stokke Tripp Trapp available.

Property Protection Plan ($59) required with rental.

Also, in accordance with HOA policies, pets and smoking (unit, balcony, common areas) are not permitted.

Travelers should consider purchasing travel insurance for cancellation protection.

Relaxing and Wonderful Experience as Usual -

Becky is an exceptional host - caring, prompt, concerned, gracious, and simply a joy to interact with. The Condo is exactly what anyone would want - clean - very well equipped - amazing sunsets - just like being home!

Most Enjoyable and Relaxing

We have stayed in condo's at IRB for the past 30+ years - this unit is ONE of the BEST that we have experienced. The property manager was exceptional - as were the amenities. Great locations - VERY well stocked with everything that we needed. We were VERY impressed - but most of all with the Property Manager - very responsive and supportive -
