Come enjoy your best beach life! Enjoy this direct beach front Gulf pent house condo with breathtaking views of the beach, ocean and sunsets. Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and enough sleeping accommodations for 6. Create your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Built in 2004, elevator and stairs, and guest parking (two spots) available under the building. Condo is completely smoke-free (inside, outside on the balcony, and at the pool). Under new ownership as of November 2018.

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the white sand beach and sparkling Gulf waters and end the evening with a beautiful sunset. This will be your private vacation oasis. Relax by the heated pool and jacuzzi or walk right out to the beach. Condo is close to anything you could need or want. Shopping, dinning, grocery stores, entertainment, parks and trails are all just seconds to minutes away. Relax in this private executive level home with the amenities and conveniences you would expect.

A bright unit with skylights in the entryway, granite countertops throughout, full size stacked washer and dryer, and stainless steel appliances. Ceramic tile and wood floors throughout. Enjoy cable TV and stay connected with WiFi. It’s the perfect option for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or refuge from the cold weather. We are confident our condo will exceed your expectations.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our trip to Indian Rocks Beach. The view of the beach, gulf and sunsets is amazing. The location is perfect for day trips to Clearwater, St. Pete's, Passe-Grille and Tampa. We've stayed in a lot of places in Florida and this is my new favorite. The pool area was well maintained and often empty which was a perk.We appreciated so many things that other places cheap out on - comfy beds, abundance of beach towels, sharp knives (not usual from out experience) etc. We plan to return and to anyone who is looking, this is a great place to stay.

A nice place to stay

This condo has everything you need and the location is terrific. The view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony is fantastic! Being able to park under the building is a feature to appreciate when it rains, or on hot, sunny days. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent 3 wonderful weeks in this beautiful beach condo. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and focused on providing a great experience for his renters. I especially appreciated the large balcony watching dolphins in the morning and incredible sunsets in the evening. I’ve been vacationing in this area for the past 36 years and this property is one of the best! If you’re looking for relaxation, gorgeous sunsets, quiet/clean beaches, close restaurants and a very clean, comfortable condo, I highly recommend this unit. I plan on renting again next year!

Great beachfront stay

My wife and and I stayed here with our daughter and son in law over New Years and had a great stay. Perfect location at a relatively quiet spot on the beach with little road traffic as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanway condo. The condo is incredibly well stocked with all the household items you may need. Cleaning supplies paper towels etc. plenty of sheets and towels. Storage closet in the parking garage was convenient for beach toys. Very clean and comfortable condo.

Another Perfect Visit

This was a repeat visit for our family and it again, held or exceeded expectations. The location and view of the Gulf couldn’t be better, with short walks to many great area restaurants. The property itself is extremely convenient with clear access instructions and easy parking. Needless to say, as the pictures show, the view of the beach and Gulf is spectacular and the set up of the condo fit our family perfectly. Thanks to the owners for allowing visitors and we look forward to our next stay.

Had a great time in IRB at the Oceanway. Views were amazing. Condo was super clean with a great location. I do wish the facility had recycling service and maybe a luggage rack in the garage. Other than that A. Would return again.

We do a fair bit of traveling but this condo had the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed. Location was great. We will defiantly stay there next January and are keeping our fingers crossed that it's available.

You will have direct access to us, not a middle person rental management company. We will do all we can to make your stay at our condo a memorable experience.

We have spent many vacations in Indian Rocks Beach and immediately fell in love with the town. We intend to eventually retire in our condo and have chosen to share this little piece of paradise until we do.
