The Lee House is your beach home away from home! With 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, The Lee House is a beautiful vacation rental in Miramar Beach located just steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities with plenty of yard space and a private pool as well as a grill for BBQ's. Take the complimentary golf cart and head out for a beach day! This home is also located close to some of the best local eateries in the area including Gulf front restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tail as well as local coffee and ice cream shops. The whole family can find something to enjoy around every corner, in and outside of this lovely home.

Inside The Lee House, guests are welcome by calm, beachy colors and upgrades throughout. Newly built in 2019, no stone was left unturned in the luxury and sophistication that this home emits. The main living space presents an open floor plan with beautiful furnishings and finishes. This space is perfect for the whole family to gather for a family game night or enjoy a nice, hot meal. A sectional sofa surrounds a large flat-screen 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Pandora. A spacious formal dining room table comfortably seats 12 guests with additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3 and an additional bar space for 3 more. The open kitchen provides plenty of counter and cabinet space with a beautiful, marble kitchen island and stunning stainless-steel appliances including an industrial-style fridge and freezer. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with double-stacked front-load washer and dryer sets. Also on the first floor is a master suite with a flat-screen 4K Smart TV and a private bathroom with a standalone shower.

The second floor features a second sitting area with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen 4K TV as well as four other bedrooms. A master suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom emits luxury and relaxation with a soaking tub in the walk-in shower. A second master is furnished with a king bed and also has an ensuite bathroom. Two bunk rooms are also located on this floor, perfect for multiple families and children! Each bunk room has two full-over-queen bunks and private bathrooms. The third and final floor sleeps four guests in two more master suites with king beds, large flat-screen TV's and private bathrooms.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.
