Welcome to "Palm Place", a beautiful and spacious coastal chic Destin beach home located directly across from the community pool and just steps to the beach! Perfect for multi-generation family vacations-space for 18. Pool toys, coolers, beach towels, umbrella's, beach chairs and beach cart provided for your use. "Palm Place" is located in the family friendly Crystal Shores neighborhood of Destin. The neighborhood is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, world class golf courses, an IMAX movie theater, Whole Foods & Publix, countless restaurants & shops, miniature golf, an arcade, marina and much more. The charming neighborhood is lined with white picket fences and brick sidewalks.

The main house is 2600 square feet with large wrap around porches and comfortable outdoor furniture. There is over 1100 Square feet of outdoor deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and three outdoor dinning tables that seat 22. A perfect set up to enjoy the lazy days at the beach with your friends and family. This beautiful Destin Beach Vacation Rental is handicap accessible.

The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It accommodates up to 12 guests.

This place is great! It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the handicap accessible beach access. They had a ton of beach stuff, like towels, chairs, and a beach cart. It was very convenient for a lot of my family members traveling in. We loved the big outdoor table set. The number of parking spots was also great.

Best stocked house we have ever stayed at! Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, including beach/pool. Easy access to the pool and beach. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Loved having a cart to bring every thing to the beach and back. Plenty of shopping near by. All questions were promptly answered. Lovely house and hosts!

Great vacation home

Comfortable home less than a five minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 15 people staying there. The owners, Tony and Deby, were very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

Great location! Walking distance to the beach—easy for even the littles! Near the movie theater and bowling too—we had a rainy day so that was perfect! House was fully loaded with all the things you needed! We will be back!

Family vacation in Destin

We had a great time in Destin. The house is better than advertised. We especially enjoyed the breezeway area that has a table big enough for all 15 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and spices. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. I highly recommend this house!!!

Vacation Retreat

This house was spot on! Our group of 11 (8 adults and 3 kids) loved the house. The rooms had everything we could ask for and was super clean, too. It was great to have both the crib and high chair on-site for our use. Despite the rain we enjoyed the outdoor seating and the pool across the street. Beautiful beach home!!

This home was perfect for our group of 15. The location could not have been better! We were steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach and all the shopping you could want was a short drive away. Our hosts were friendly and responsive-communication was easy and frequent. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking big family dinners and the decor was so pretty we didn’t mind eating in. Such a wonderful spot for our family vacation!

Best rental!

I don’t usually put reviews on here, but this is the best rental my family and I have stayed at. From the cleanliness of the house, to the extra beach supplies they have for visitors including beach towels, a cart to haul stuff to the beach, lots of pool floaties, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. Beach is an easy 2-3 minute walk as well! Pool was also very clean and never busy! Loved our stay- will definitely be back in the future years.

Great House

Our family of 13 stayed here and loved everything about the house. It was really close to a great beach. The house was clean and they had everything we needed in a home away from home. There were tons of beach toys, beach chairs and two carts to haul stuff to the beach. The owner checked in with us and made sure everything was going well. He was very willing to help with anything we needed. We had so much fun making family memories and would definitely stay here again!

Great location with plenty of room

My family and in-laws stayed at this home for a family vacation. The location of the property is A+. It’s near shopping, food, and the beach. The pool is right across the street. The only downsides that we could come up with are that the pool is a little small, the house’s interior could probably use a refresh/update, and the TVs were hard to work (would recommend getting rid of the roku systems and using YouTube tv or regular cable only to simplify). Overall - we loved our stay here and the owners were very nice and complimentary. Would definitely stay again!

THE BEST BEACH EXPERIENCE EVER

This place is a freaking GEM! Tony is absolutely incredible. He was so accommodating. He made sure that every single detail that makes a vacation relaxing was taken care of. The space is amazing. There is so much space, and the house was spotless. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. When I book my next trip, I will look for this property first! This was seriously the best beach vacation spot I’ve ever stayed!

Holiday vacation

We stayed right after Christmas. There was multiple cockroaches in the guest house. We ended up leaving early because of how many there was. The pool was not heated and very very cold. The house is nice and had everything you needed in it.

Thank you for your review. We were sorry to hear about the Palmetto bugs. We are constantly battling them in Florida. If we had known you were having a problem we would have sent our pest control people over to spray while you were there. Nothing was mentioned when we spoke with you during your stay. It can get cold in December. When you spoke with Tony on Dec. 17 he informed you that the pool was not heated. I’m sorry you expected the pool to be heated. We did call the property manager of our community to see about getting it heated. No where in any of our correspondence does it say it is heated during that time. We have put a request in to the board of our HOA to heat the pool during Christmas break. We are still working on that. I appreciate your feedback. We are continually trying to improve our property so everyone will have a good experience.

This is the place!

Ages 17 thru 77 all agreed we love this place. Families with younger children will also think it's perfect. The house is GREAT, and the best supplied/equipped house we've ever rented (and there have been MANY). Neighborhood is really pretty and well-kept, location is wonderful. Very convenient to shopping, beaches, activities, "sights", everything. Pool is wonderful. We just LOVED it (all 10 of us!). The carriage house means that any part of your group who, for any reason, would be happier to have a separate space, will be totally pleased. For us, it was the teenagers....and they did REAL well in their own space. Just make sure you are all okay with STAIRS! And Tony and Deby couldn't be any more accommodating or sweet! Book it now!

Great house and location in Destin

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked and garage had everything we needed for the beach. It was only a 2 min walk to the beach so very close. The community pool is directly across from the house so felt like we had our own pool at the house. There are so many restaurants and shopping within a few minutes from the house so we we never lacked for something to do. We would definitely come back and stay again. Tony was a great host and had excellent communication! Thank you!

Location location location

This home is spacious and well kept with a ton of amenities. It’s very close to the beach. You can even see the water from the top deck. The beach entry has a pavilion with showers and bathrooms. We loved lounging and playing cards on the extensive deck. A hammock would be a great addition. We had a group of 12 and we were all very comfortable in the home. The landlord was very friendly and had great recommendations for places to eat. I highly recommend this house and would rent again.

Destin Family Vacation

This property was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The pool was right across the street and was great for all the kids. The beach was walking distance with the water beautiful and clear. The house had beach toys for the kids which they loved. We had everything else provided that we needed. It was a great week. The owners have been very communicative/responsive and on top of everything from the time we booked this property 9 months ago all the way through our stay. Highly recommend this property for great multi-family getaway. It was so nice to have the separate house as well!

House was perfect, short walk to the beach, pool right across the street. The one negative experience we had is when people staying within the neighborhood had friends come swim in the pool who were not staying in the neighborhood. Made the pool overcrowded and weren’t able to use it a few nights.

Family Friendly

This is a great property ! Our 8 adults and 7 children (2 - 9 y/o) fit nicely. We had useful common areas and plenty of sleeping configurations. There are 2 kitchens (with all the necessary pots, pans and utensils) and two washer and dryers. This makes for efficient meal preparations and laundry. The expansive covered decks were the ultimate. Allowing respite from the sun, nice ocean breezes and cool gathering places. The neighborhood pool is just across the street and a good alternative when the beach gets to be too much. The walk to the beach is a short, safe and easy. The garage has 2 nice beach carts, 8-10 beach chairs and all kinds of beach toys and other fun stuff. We had a great time in this very accommodating place.
