Our condo-style villa is the perfect place to stay on your next beach vacation. It features premium furnishings, linens, and décor. Other amenities you’re sure to love include:

Enjoy a great escape to Marco Island, Florida, courtesy of our premium villa! Our guests enjoy premium furnishings, linens, and décor, along with a full kitchen. Marco Island has miles of beautiful beaches which are famous for their bounty of tropical shells. While you’re here, be sure to take an Everglade tour, golf on incredible courses, and enjoy gulf fishing.

Our villa has 3 BEDROOMS. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Single beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.

Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. There is an oversized tub in the master bathroom. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.

After swimming and shopping, retreat to our modern, air-conditioned LIVING SPACE, which has premium furnishings and décor. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on our cable TV or watch your favorite movie with our DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Our KITCHEN has deluxe stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. You'll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, and a toaster. Take advantage of the shared BBQ area and grill your favorite meal. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Sunset Cove Resort where our villa is conveniently located. These include fitness center access, the shared outdoor hot tub, and the shared outdoor pool. Families, in particular, love the home theater which comes complete with a gaming system. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

Nice property

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Shuttle to the beach was convenient. Pool was small and location is off the "strip" but not a big deal as Marco Island is not large.

Great location

We enjoyed everything about our stay except the hot tub closing at dusk. After dark is when a hot tub in Florida should be used! We loved the location and the property.

Girls trip

This property is one of the BEST I’ve stayed in. The condo could not be more beautiful and well appointed. It’s perfect for family, friends or couples. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is well centered to shopping and restaurants and the beach is a few minutes ride on a free shuttle provided by the resort. The resort also provides beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers at no cost. I highly recommend this property for your Marco Island visit.

Top notch experience all around!

Such a beautiful villa and property! I highly recommend it! The decor is gorgeous and everything is brand new and so clean. The beds were all so comfortable. Loved the extended balcony overlooking the water and the pool. The staff were so great and helpful and friendly. You get free bikes you can use, which was such a plus, and beach chairs and umbrellas and a shuttle to the beach. The location is also great. Right next to a Winn Dixie, so that sure is convenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break

Enjoyed our time in Marco Island at the Holiday inn vacation property. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and shops and the grocery was right next door. I was concerned that having to shuttle to the beach would be inconvenient but it actually was great being dropped off and picked up. Very short trip to beach and very short wait if any. Loved having chairs and towels so readily available. Other amenities were nice as well such as the pool/hot tub; gym; game room and free bikes.

Great option on Marco

We are displaced Sanibel lovers who decided to try Marco this year. We stayed at this resort and found that we loved it for its cozy feel( only 36 rooms), spacious accommodations(3 bedroom), and convenient location! The employees are beyond helpful, always attentive and ready to provide answers for whatever we needed. The perk of having paper products, laundry soap, coffee, and pool towels provided for the week was a nice benefit. The pool is a zero entry so anyone with small children will love it! Only downside to the pool is that the area around it is narrow so hard to get many chairs together if you are in a group. The resort also has a shuttle to the beach, a small but functional gym, and a game room with many games and puzzles available. Additionally, they have a nice park out the front door, many restaurants within walking distance, and a Winn Dixie right next door!

Great Marco option

This complex is small-just 36 units, all 3 bedroom. Rooms are very spacious, kitchen is adequately equipped, pool towels, paper products, coffee all provided for the week which is a nice perk! Front desk is extremely helpful-willing to help with any question or issue(they provided a new dishwasher when ours wasn’t working well!). While this resort is not on the beach, they provide a shuttle that runs to either public beach and they also provide chairs and umbrellas. There is a nice park right in front of the complex, a Winn Dixie next door, and many restaurants within walking distance. For the pickleball players, there is free play from 4-6 everyday at the racquet club which is 5 min away. 🙌🏻 As far as the pool area-a big plus for young ones is the zero entry pool. Downside to pool is the deck area is very narrow so hard when you have a larger group wanting to sit together. Overall an excellent option if you are looking for a condo with 3 bedrooms!

Great for families

We chose this property over a beach-front hotel room because we knew everyone (two adults, two teens) would be happier having more space than a hotel room with two Queen beds. Space for everyone was crucial to everyone enjoying their vacation. Love the balcony, the pool, the shuttle to Tigertail beach. Everything was clean. Easy to walk over to the grocery store to stock some breakfast and lunch food. Easy to walk over to the plaza for dinner and ice cream. Staff were always welcoming and accommodating. Marco Island was unique in that there are no bars/signage/sirens along the main beach strip. Super easy to drive down to the marina or minigolf. I don't know where the traffic is, but it's not on Collier (the main road along the hotel zone). We love the water color/temp and the more rustic beach at Tigertail. Definitely enjoyed that. Appreciated the linens, towels, toiletries at Sunset Cove. It is a great place for families who need more space than a hotel room.
