This home has a spacious foyer as well as an open-concept living room/dining room, perfect for gathering around the fireplace and socializing. Additionally, you have a fully stocked kitchen at your disposal. The bedrooms are all located downstairs for privacy. Both the master King bedroom and the Queen bedroom have doors that lead out to the lower deck so you can watch the sun set over the Buffalo and Red Mountains. Guests have access to the garage; keep your car free of frost and snow or have a safe place to store your bikes or kayaks!

Incredibly spacious house, very comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and fantastic views of the Dillon Reservoir. We stayed here to attended shows at the Dillon Amphitheater, which was a short 15 minute walk from the condo. Would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet with nice views

We found this rental to be very peaceful and quiet, and that it had great views of Dillon Reservoir and the mountains. It is also close to the marina and amphitheater. It was also very clean and fairly well-maintained. Our only complaint was that it is pretty dated. Doesn't appear to have been updated in any way since it was built in the mid-90's.

Lookout Ridge Experience

We loved all of it. Great views of the mountains and lake. Excellent layout, adding comfort on both levels. Easy access to multiple trails, ski resorts, shopping, and dining.

Breath-taking views-modern-well appointed

The header captures it all. Conveniently located to the 4 ski resorts served by the Epic Pass. Only word of caution the 3rd bedroom is far below the standard of the other two.

Master bed and pillows were excellent! Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. Grocery store a short walk if you need to pick up extra items or if you forgot to pack certain items. Wonderful location. Easy access in and out. Has garage. Back balcony with terrific view. Wonderful!

Great location with lots of room!

This home is in a great location: near the only City Market, Christy Sports and the Dillon Dam Brewery. It’s easy to get to Keystone, Copper Mountain and so many other fun places to see. The beds are comfortable and it was very warm! Things could be updated and guests will need to bring some kitchen essentials, but it has mostly everything you need. The master shower doesn’t drain due to a filter that needs badly to be replaced. The well-sized garage has plenty of room for all winter equipment and it was key to keeping our car ready for daily trips to Copper Mountain to ski. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Property desperately needs maintenance

Lights in the front of the home and upstairs restroom did not work which left us with only 2 restrooms. The master shower does not drain and was disgusting to use. We weren't able to enter the property due to a malfunctioning key lock.

roomy, good location but PROBLEMS

The Good: Convenient location. ATTACHED GARAGE SPACE on entry level. Great view of lake and mountains. Very clean. 3 full bathrooms. King bed in main suite, decent quality beds (but crap linens). Fairly well equipped. Good closet space. Roomy shared space The Bad: This place is COMPLICATED! You MUST follow ALL the instructions to be habitable. We arrived at 3am, instructions were scattered, had to search for them. Radiant heat is slow, we spent a cold then hot week trying to use it. DO NOT TURN THE HEAT UP TOO HIGH, heat builds up and WON'T COOL DOWN for a very long time. Upstairs thermostat (about 30 years old) is apparently broken. Excess dry heat caused sinus infections. The windows and doors are drafty. TV remotes don’t work. TV sound bar won’t work. Cheezy cabinets with broken hinges. Cheap soft furniture (the stuff you actually sit on). IMO cheezy, overly thematic dated decor. Yard sale pots, pans & utensils. Questionable pillows, old, cheap linens. 3rd bedroom smells funny. Worn out area rugs. Filthy garage. Garage remote (which we had to hunt for) barely works (needs battery?). The Ugly: DO NOT USE THE JACUZZI TUB! THE JETS DON’T WORK AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGH HOT WATER - A freezing finish! This made us angry and prompted this detailed review. Message to owner: Spend a little time and money on and you could have a gem. INSTALL MODERN PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTATS AND SET THEM TO MAKE THIS PLACE COMFORTABLE. Trade the jacuzzi for a steam spa.

This location was great for accessing skiing at Copper Mountain. It was only 10 miles up the freeway. This location is also very near to shopping and gas as well as other amenities. There were a few stains on the carpet and on the chair padding, but overall the location is very nice. Having the washer and dryer is was really great as well.

Lovely spot in the mountains

This place is fabulous. It’s well equipped and only a short drive away from multiple ski options. There is a great view from the dining room, and it’s near a grocery store, pharmacy, REI, and some restaurants. Highly recommend!
