Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) stayed over Memorial Day - 5 nights and 4 days. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. The views were amazing!!! We enjoyed the hot tub and indoor swimming pool. The ground floor condo with enclosed sunroom was a bonus as we were able to walk right out to the large grassy area which was great for outdoor games.

Great location, some rustic features, and fairly clean, overall. There are lots of games and some outdoor equipment available. It was very hot when we were there and even opening the sliding glass doors didn't help. I had to buy a fan to endure the second night. Some fixtures were dated/slightly grungy (master bathtub rusty, older appliances, some tile in kitchen was grungy, dishwasher had bad odor, swimming pool and hot tub are outdated, dusty in high places that short people can't see.)I feel it was overpriced, especially with the high host fee.

Colorado has experienced unusually high temperatures this summer, and we provide fans in each bedroom to help guests stay comfortable during warmer conditions. We’re sorry to hear the home still felt too warm during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness and condition of the property. We’ve recently become aware of some inconsistencies with cleaning and are actively working to address them. Many updates have also been made throughout the home in recent years, including a new washer and dryer and a new mattress in the primary bedroom. The pool and hot tub are part of the original Lake Dillon condominium complex, though several improvements were completed last winter, including updates to the pool pumps, heater, and tile work. We’re sorry the property did not fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to provide a comfortable experience for our guests.

Beautiful views and great location on the lake. Plenty of space for two small families. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed patio with our coffee and soaking up the lake views. Right on the rec path for walking or running and easy access to the water. The building itself is a bit dated, but the kids enjoyed the pool. Be ware that the parking spots are tight if you bring two cars.

Repeat renter, can't beat the location!

We've stayed here for many years now. You cannot beat the location and the quietness of the building. New washer/dryer were nice addition this year! We had no issues during our stay!

Thank you for your five star review!! We definitely struggle with the TVs because guests push buttons, plug and unplug cords - many times not knowing what they are doing. I have sent my eye on the ground handyman to go look at all the settings again.

Condo on Lake Dillon

It was the perfect location with beautiful sceneries of the mountains and the lake. It is centrally located to everything in the area, Frisco, Keystone and Breckinridge. We will definitely rent it again!

Great Location

We had a great stay in Dillon, with a beautiful view of the lake. This is property is close to everything you need in town, and still an easy drive to Breck, Vail, and Keystone! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and spices, making it easy to cook meals for the week.

Spring Break getaway

Great location and accommodations for all of us. Very spacious, plenty of sleeping room and central to everything we were planning to do in Loveland (skiing) and Breckenridge. The host was quickly responsive to questions we had with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the GORGEOUS views out the windows and their sitting room/porch. When we come back this will be on our list to use again!

Great Location

Great location: walk out to the lake and walking/bicycle path, plus walk to downtown and the farmers' market. Excellent communication w/owner who was quick to respond to any questions or problems. Unit was well stocked in the kitchen and had oodles of toys/games for kids and adults.. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property

This property does not disappoint, you will have everything you need. There were so many little extras that were so helpful. From provided small fans for each room to a luggage rack to help with unpacking to binoculars available to use. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back.

Great location

Dillon was a great location for being central to ski areas. This condo was in a great location in Dillon. The bike path was a highlight right out the back door. There were shops, and restaurants close by. Loved the wood burning fireplace in the unit. The condo was comfortable and the views from the back sun porch were awesome!

Great view of Lake Dillon

This is a great location - walk out onto a green space, bordered by the bike path and Lake Dillon. The condo is very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and quiet. Nice to have a grill available to use right outside the enclosed patio. Would love to have an earlier check in time and later check out time, but otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay!
