Come and enjoy yourself at our cozy whole house 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront beach house. We have it tastefully decorated, family friendly (games/books included), hardwood/laminate flooring throughout our house, and fully furnished for your enjoyment. An active waterway (fishing friendly) in backyard that flows to Big Lagoon State Park, 3 minute walk to our private neighborhood beach with 80 foot pier, and private tennis courts! Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the views. Watch the Blue Angels, enjoy a beverage on the pier, put your feet in the sand, fish the waterway or the bay, fabulous dining and entertainment nearby! Minutes to NAS Pensacola, local entertainment, restaurants and the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key/Orange Beach. Relax and enjoy morning coffee on the front porch to start your day and a glass of wine in the evening on the back porch for amazing sunsets, and active Blue Herrings when in season bird watching off back deck. Guests love all the features this house has to offer. We have a Fire Pit in backyard also for you to use if you wish. Bedrooms set up include Queen bed in main bedroom, set of Full size beds in 2nd bedroom, and 3 bed bunk bed in bedroom 3.
If booking for special occasion, please don't hesitate to reach out to us personally after booking and we would be happy to help make the occasion extra special having wine or small decorations ready upon your arrival.
We do offer special discounts or deals for longer term bookings or Snowbirds, Military families nightly discount, and returning guests discount, Early bird bookings 10% off,. Very nice house and great location for doing things around the area. It was very disappointing to find out a couple days prior to our stay the community dock was closed, even more disappointing when I read the sign on the dock and it stated it had been closed for two months and they are currently raising money to repair the dock. Expect to get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no extra garbage bags and one dishwasher pod, the owner told me they don't stock it for the full stay.They were great at communicating allowed us to check in early when it was ready.Overall its a nice place, shows the normal wear like most other VRBO's we have stayed.Beds were nice and outdoor furniture was nice to sit in. I can say we didn't use the couch too nice to be inside.

I am sorry about the dock/peir being closed. That was a recent notice to all homeowners and we are sorry. I am posting the note from the HOA that was sent to us for you to see. We will be happy to discount a return stay if you want to come back once it is open, please reach out to our private cell to book and we can discount your stay. Homeowners, We want to inform you that the community dock is temporarily closed effective immediately. It has been noted recently that several support posts are deteriorating and may be rotten, creating a potential safety concern. The Board is currently gathering repair quotes and additional information to better understand the scope of the issue and the necessary repairs. At this time, the closure is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of all residents and guests. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this process. The Board will share updates and next steps as more information becomes available. Thank you for your cooperation.
