Penthouse views from our top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Avista Resort -
The ideal place for your family vacation.

*Four brand new Queen size Euro-pillowtop beds.

*New 65" 4K TV in Livingroom. Hi-def TV's in each bedroom.

*Dining table with seating for 6 and breakfast bar with 4 stools.

*Newly updated, fully equipped kitchen. New appliances including microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, full size oven. Aso included are Keurig machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.

* Water amenities located inside and out including 2 lazy rivers, 3 pools, a kiddie pool, and 3 hot tubs.

It was a very nice apartment exactly like the pictures very clean fully equipped the view was beautiful easily accessible with elevator close by. Everything went to plan. All of this made our trip so enjoyable without problems to deal with. I would like to do this again some time. The host was helpful in telling me the things I needed to know in fact it was my first experience using Vrbo and all went well.

Great location overlooking the beach and pool area. Easy access to the beach, quick walk to shopping and dining. Beds were very comfortable and there are 2 full bathrooms. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space.

Great location and aminities. This was our 2nd stay in the Penthouse. We appreciated the extra beach supplies, cart, chairs, etc.The only issue was over a cooler that was missing and apparantly taken by a previous guest.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean and comfy. We did have one little issue with a breaker tripping but as soon as i contacted the host, she got back with me right away and helped get it fixed. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great location!

Check-in was very easy. Kitchen had lots of utensils and appliances. Bedding was very comfortable and plenty of toiletries and towels. Beach chairs were available for the beach. Quiet unit nicely decorated. Great choice for three women over the age of 50.
