In this one bedroom, one bathroom condo, enjoy the minute-long walk to the beach just across Coastal Highway! The master bedroom comes with two queen sized beds and the living room sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a place to relax with your morning tea. This place is close to the DE-MD state line and within walking distance to the famous Ocean City boardwalk and awesome restaurants! It is very close to the West Ocean City shopping outlets. Enjoy this 1st-floor unit, one parking spot, additional free street parking is usually available. Misplaced parking pass fee is $150. No smoking inside the condo is allowed. No partying. The community is strict, respectable behavior all around is a must. One parking spot per unit, one parking permit is included. Must Leave the parking permit in the unit by the entrance door on the wall slot when moving out, otherwise, the fee will come out from the security deposit. Normal cleaning fee charged at check-in is intended for sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, inside draws wiping, window cleaning, bathroom & toilet clean from hair, sand & regular clean with bleach & disinfectants, so the scum doesn’t accumulate, fridge & kitchen appliances clean from food spots, crumbs. Additional cleaning fee will be charged against security deposit if the condo is left messy/trashy & the cleaning crew has to apply additional time to get it ready for next renters. Bring your linen or rent from us clean linen/towels (the beds are queen size, so is a sleeper sofa), if needed for an additional fee; notify us when you book. Basic TV channels (available in the living-room year round). Pack-n-play in the unit. Free WiFi (available from May 1-Oct 31). Laundromat is available on the community property by the pool at about $2.50 per load. Enjoy your stay. Check-in is at 3pm; check-out is at 10am. Late check-outs are available at an additional fee upon request but check with us as it might be unavailable due to the property demand.

We do not rent to high school seniors. Please confirm that you are at least 21 years old. This condo association does not allow smoking, vaping, or marijuana in units or on balconies. They smell will get to the neighbors and when they complain, you would be asked to leave without a refund.
