Living area has sofa bed and futon, UPDATED Xfinity internet & cable with access to any & all channels. 4th floor Balcony from living area with sliders has view of beach and bay has 2 tables & 4 chairs. Parking permit for two cars. (building has covered and uncovered parking). Outdoor shower. A/C and heat. Just steps from the beach and Castle in the Sands. Linens are provided but bring your own paper products. Fully equipped Kitchen has Keurig coffee pot, dinnerware, utensils, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, elec range. Refrig with icemaker Beach chairs are included. Stack Washer & Dryer. Walk to the many restaurants and boardwalk.
