CAPBRETON- Residence "Paradise Océan"- Villa patio of 40m2 with swimming pool in joint ownership and parking. The cycle paths provide direct access to the beach of Santocha and "La Piste". Classified 2* in 2025. Free Wifi.
Living room on terrace. Kitchen area: 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Shower room (0.88x2.19): sink and shower. Separate toilets. Bedroom 1 (3.38x2.32): 1 bed 140. Upstairs: Mezzanine (open above living room (2.74x1.25 + 1.48x0.91): 1 bed 90, carpeted floor. Bedroom 2 (3.36x2.31) : 1 double bed, carpeted floor, garden furniture and electric plancha table. The swimming pool is open from June to September.
The villa is small but the sleeping areas are separated. Vacationers appreciate the situation allowing them to no longer use their cars. Furniture and decoration "80s". "La Piste" or "Santocha" beaches, shops, seasonal market and activities are easily accessible. Cycle paths pass nearby and lead everywhere to the resorts of Capbreton and Hossegor. Nous sommes désolés qu vous ayez eu à attendre un peu afin d’avoir votre logement nettoyé et désinfecté, les protocoles faisant qu’il nous faut plus de temps afin de remettre le logement en location, et cela même si nous avons double les équipes de ménages !!
Pour le jardinet la propriétaire à l’occasion de son séjour de cet été a remis les dalles sur le carré qui pendant l’été n’avait pas d’herbe et était en sable. L’ensemble des clients DES ANNEES qui demandaient cette amélioration
Pour le masque en tant que responsable je suis à l’accueil tous les samedis toute la journée et je vous garantit que derrière les plexiglass qui montent à 1.80m de hauteur , toute l’équipe en porte, peut être êtes-vous tomber sur le moment ou une personne est sortie pour sa pause.
