This a family and or large group overnight dream stay. I have turned this awesome 5 BR Lake Front Home into a lake front rental destination to accommodate larger groups looking for a higher end amenity versus the standard overnight hotel in Santee. Best panoramic and sunrise view on the Lake and a dock where we catch 20+ lb catfish every time we cast out a few lines.

There are a total of 6 BR's and an additional kitchen, basically 2 houses in 1; however I live in what I call the Mother In Law Suite that has a separate entrance and is sectioned/locked off from the main house. I have a dog Luna (Half Shepherd/Lab) who lives with me but don't allow her out, except with me on a leash when house is rented.

****Full Disclosure here - I want to address some of the concerns from a few of the reviews posted. I moved into this house on Aug 4, 2019 under a lease to purchase contract. I closed on the house in late September, 2020. I could not put alot of work or time into the home until I closed on it and many items were starting to malfunction due to lack of maintenance by the previous owner. I still have a lot of work to do but its going to be a work in process and like eating an elephant "one bite at a time" however I assure you the house is a great value for the price charged and the location and amenities that it provides to renters. I am at the home most of the time however if any of my renters have any issues, they are welcome to contact me and I'm a very reasonable and flexible person and will address and remediate any concerns or issues.
