The modern decor throughout is a reflection of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding national forest. The living room, thoughtfully designed for comfort and socializing, is anchored by a gas fireplace. Two sofas and an armchair provide ample seating, while the large flat screen TV (with streaming capabilities) allows guests to unwind after a day packed with Tahoe adventures.

The kitchen is well-stocked for all of your basic cooking needs, with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table. Sliding glass doors lead to the large deck, where you can perch yourself for a morning coffee or an afternoon BBQ during the warmer months.

A large flat screen TV is strategically located in the bunk room should you want to keep the young ones entertained while the adults gather around the fireplace upstairs.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: One of the nicest features of the house is the indoor/outdoor living afforded by the large outside deck. We encourage our guests to take advantage of this space, but we must advise that with it being an elevated, 2nd-floor deck, every guest must exercise the utmost caution. Children are to be supervised on the deck at all times, and there is absolutely no climbing or standing on the wrap around bench. All guests take full responsibility for their safety and that of their children when making use of the deck. If you are not willing or prepared to accept this responsibility, please consider other, more suitable accommodations.
