About this property

Le Mas Rose: Magnificent Air-conditioned Villa with Swimming Pool and Garden Grimaud St Tropez

Le Mas Rose, villa renovated and interior designed in 2016, with an area of 210 m2 is located between Sainte Maxime and Port Grimaud, 150 m from the beach. Fully air conditioned in each room .

Provided with a large flat garden (2500 m2), a barbecue, a swimming pool of 6.5 x 14 m, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop, it will delight everyone (couples, families or small groups).

Air conditioning throughout all house.

There is a large wooden desk for a work / study area in main bedroom.

Due to the the family friendly nature of the area, and our high quality furnishings and materials, we do not accept large parties / weddings / hen nights / stag dos.

The beach located 150 m away is accessible on foot from the bottom of the garden.

The villa is very quiet and perfect for family gatherings.

Maison extraordinaire

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette splendide et spacieuse maison. Chaque membre de la famille y a trouvé son espace. Le seul petit bémol est l absence de Clim dans les trois chambres du bas. Et lors des fortes chaleurs de ce mois d août quelques nuits furent difficiles. Mais cet inconvénient fut vite oublié
