- Very beautiful Provençal villa located on a private and secure domain, in a quiet and wooded environment. 5* classification by the Tourist Office.

- Private swimming pool that can be heated (on request when booking, optional extra) with child safety shutter, outdoor shower, night lighting.

- Petanque court, table tennis, table football, barbecue.

-1800m2 fenced land (courtyard, terraces, lawn) = relaxation areas with different garden furniture.

- Private courtyard for 4 cars.

- The city center and the beaches are accessible on foot in 15/20 minutes.
2 convenience stores open 7/7 and 1 bakery 10 minutes' walk away (+ a pharmacy, a tobacconist/press).

- Air-conditioned Villa (each room has independent air conditioning)
5 bedrooms (+1 convertible sofa) - 5 bathrooms or showers, 5 toilets including 2 independent.

Great family holiday

Villa Mona is a wonderfully spacious property, and every bedroom has something to recommend it. We were very well looked after by our host Nathalie, with immediate help provided to clear up a couple of small issues. We loved our stay, and would definitely return!

Fabulous

The photos really don’t do this place justice. An absolutely beautiful villa, extremely well equipped in a great location, walking distance from shops and Sainte Maxime. The heated pool was delightful and the villa was spacious and well laid out. We’ll be back!!

Perfect villa

We were 13 together for a week, 3 families with almost adult or teenagers. The pool and kitchen and dinning area were so good. The sleeping rooms were also good - but we missed doors to the toilets/baths. Have never been in a house without doors from sleeping room to toilet… upgrade of that would be preferable. The stuff in the kitchen good and nice barbecue area.

Perfect location to visit the south of France

The property is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The location is ideal as long as you are fit enough to walk uphill. The town of Sainte is Maxim lively with all needed essentials and an easy drive to everywhere else. The ferry to St. Tropez is very convenient. The beach is great - real sand as opposed to rocks which you get elsewhere. Only suggestion is to send the entrance codes to the gates and lockbox at an earlier time since we did not have wifi and were on planes lot so we missed the text with that information and had to call for it. We were 11 adult sized people and had plenty of room indoors and out. Would definitely recommend Villa Mona!

Een fantastisch verblijf

Een schitterend huis op een geweldige locatie. Veel ruimte en een mooi (verwarmd) zwembad. We waren een week met 8 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Alle gebruiksvoorwerpen waren in ruime hoeveelheid aanwezig. Genoeg activiteiten voor iedereen.

Grosszügiges Haus an sehr schöner Lage!

Das grosszügig bemessene Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier; Strand und Städtchen sind in vernünftiger Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Die kleine Aussichtsplattform ermöglicht einen Blick auf die Bucht von St Tropez. Der beheizte Pool würde von uns täglich genutzt. Wir haben jede Minute genossen!

Outstanding home and location

This is an absolute gem of a home located in a lovely town without the typical crowds found along the Cote d'Azur. Nathalie was super helpful in responding to travel questions in advance. Home is clean, bright and very comfortable. C’est un joyau absolu d’une maison située dans une belle ville sans les foules typiques trouvées le long de la Côte d’Azur. Nathalie a été très utile pour répondre aux questions sur les voyages à l’avance. La maison est propre, lumineuse et très confortable.

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Umgebung!

Weekje weg met familie ivm 35 jarig huwelijk!

Heerlijke week in een goede en prachtige woning aan zee! We hebben zoveel kunnen doen in en om het huis! Jeu des boules, tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal, veel terrassen! Prachtig uitzicht! Helaas was het zwembad niet verwarmd! Dat was een teleurstelling ook omdat er ook een baby bij was....wie weet een volgende keer. Zeker een fantastisch huis in dito omgeving! Groet van ons allen!

Det har varit trivsamt gott om utrymme och mycket skönt med aircondition på rummen. Ett bra utrustat kök. Skönt med en fräsch pool för alla att bada i. Trevliga ytor utomhus för olika aktiviteter. Vi är mycket nöjda!

Comfortable villa in quiet, secure neighbourhood.

Villa was very comfortable for a group of 5 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Communication throughout was quick and helpful, facilities exactly as described with many useful extras. Property manager was available whenever required and beds were very comfortable. Swimming pool well maintained as were grounds.

Vacation with family

We stayed the week with another family. With 5 teenagers/young adults in the house, it was great for them to have the freedom to walk into town when they wanted to. The house set up with the pool was ideal for us too. We loved using the outdoor grill one of the nights and then sitting on the top deck with a great view of the water enjoying a few bottles of wine. Overall, a fantastic time!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in top Lokalität

Die Villa hat alle Versprechen gehalten, welche die Bilder zeigen. Man hat Platz und viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu entspannen und auszuruhen oder auch die Zeit am Pool zu geniessen. Auch für die Kinder fand sich immer eine interessante Tätigkeit. Sainte-Maxime selbst bietet einen guten Mix mit ein wenig Urlaubsstimmung, super Stränden, Ausflugszielen aber doch nicht zuviel Rummel. Durch die Nähe zu den Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadt oder Hafen kann man das meiste gut zu Fuss erledigen. Wir haben uns in der Woche rundum wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Sainte-Maxime sehr genossen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort hat super geklappt und war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. So machen Ferien wirklich Spass!

Eine tolle Woche in der Villa Mona

Wir haben im September 2021 mit insgesamt 8 Personen einen herrlichen Urlaub in der Villa Mona verbracht. Insgesamt muss man die Villa als noch viel schöner bewerten, als es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut in Schuss gewesen. Es sind ausreichend Möglichkeiten da, um sich die Freizeit gut zu gestalten. Strand und Ort sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, auch wenn der Rückweg - bergauf - durchaus anstrengend ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind umfangreich vorhanden und auch gut zu erreichen. Unser Fazit: Wirklich tolle Villa, in die wir gerne noch einmal zurück kommen werden. Vielen Dank an Nathalie für die gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise und an Sandrine, die vor Ort die Hausübergabe gemacht hat und im Notfall für uns ansprechbar war.

Magnifique villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Magnifique villa très spacieuse très bien agencée et très propre. Nous y avons séjourné à 2 couples avec 5 enfants soit 9 personnes. Elle Dispose de plusieurs terrasses Un belvédère avec vue panoramique sur mer! Quartier très calme à proximité du centre et de la mer ( 10 minutes de balade ) Tout était parfait y compris l’accueil sur place et le contact avec les propriétaires Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
