Lovely updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Nicely decorated home sleeps 6 people and offers a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths. Relax on the front screened in porch, dine out on the back deck with the grill and table and the fenced back yard. Great location we are 3 miles from Harrington Harbor and Chesapeake Beach Resort! We are also about 40 min to Washington DC, Northern VA, and Annapolis. Go fishing,hiking or relax! Welcome!

Cute Cozy Cottage

Overall a positive experience. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Outdoor living was nice with a fenced in yard for our dog.

Family Vacation

This is a great place with enough room for a family of four and the house is cute and cozy without feeling cramped. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to and from downtown and an easy drive to DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore. I would recommend this place for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Lovely Property

This is a great house with everything you could want...deck with grill, newly appointed kitchen. Short walk to the bay and boardwalk, restaurants, gift shops, bakery. Have stayed here several times and toy with considering other properties close by but.... this one always wins me back.

Quaint and quiet

Lovely house for us 4 adults. The check-in and out with the locking door was great, the owner was responsive to questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed.

Family Wedding

We came for a family wedding. Many other wedding guests were staying in hotels about 1/2 an hour away. We had communications with the were looking for something closer with more space than a hotel room. I researched rentals and was very happy to find Cozy Cottage, which suited our needs exactly. We communicated with the property managers several times before, during and after our stay and they were always very responsive and helpful. When we arrived the check-in was very smooth . And the Cottage was even better than expected, nicely decorated and equipped with all the conveniences that make life easy. We found a grocery store and restaurants that made deliveries. The wedding venue was under 10 minutes away.

Great property and location

I’ve rented this property repeatedly and will continue. It’s well cared for, clean, in a beautiful picturesque village so close to DC and Baltimore but a world apart in charm and friendliness. I am so glad I found this sweet spot and that the owners are willing to share.

Nicely remodeled & comfortable

It's an attractive and comfortable cottage that's in a quiet yet accessible location. A little more attention to details (e.g., carpets, cob webs and screened porch) by the cleaning crew will go a long way to making it perfect.

Beach house

House is beautiful. Located perfectly for everything we had planned. Some great restaurants in the area. Owner is wonderful. Great communication and fixed our only problem immediately. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back east. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

North Beach home.

The location was easily accessible to the shops and boardwalk in North Beach. I highly recommend this lovely place. The house was clean and deceptively spacious. Everything we needed for a lovely wedding weekend.

Lovely Place

The house was absolutely adorable. Everything is this house us updated, decor was a great mix of whimsicle and modern. We loved having an Alexa and a keyless entry. The neighborhood was so pretty and neighbors were friendly.

Cheerful Sunny Cottage

My husband and I stayed in North Beach for a long weekend to visit our son who lives nearby. We will definitely return to this cheerful, sunny cottage! It's comfy with thoughtful touches like cozy blankets and dishwasher and laundry detergent. (Not all hosts provide cleaning materials). It's a nice friendly neighborhood that's also walking friendly, even though there are no sidewalks until you get to the business district. Drivers are super careful and even wave as they pass by! Check in with the door code is a dream and straight foward (we've had trouble at other rentals), There's an adorable grocery store ( Roland's) where you can get all your needs- they even have super sweet teenagers to carry your groceries to your car! Love the house- love the town!
