We stayed here for three weeks while our home was being remediated after a fire.
Holly was great to work with and the location is great. We found the shower pretty small, but overall it’s a lovely property with a nice outdoor space.

Thank you very much for your feedback, Kristin. It was a pleasure to be of assistance at this time, I really loved hosting you.
The look of this place is immaculate, I loved the theme it is something you don’t see everyday which I appreciate so much. The host goes above and beyond by supplies necessities that some people may forget. I enjoyed my stay here a lot and most definitely will be hoping to stay again

I had such a great time hosting you, Toni. Everything went smoothly and the place was left in tip-top shape. Feel free to visit us again next time you’re back in the area!
Very cute and clean property in an extremely convenient location. The apartment is quite small so I wouldn't recommend it for groups larger than 4 adults. The manager is extremely responsive to any concerns or questions. The building is old and there are other occupants to consider but we had no issues.

Melanie, you were a lovely guest; communicative, gracious and appreciative. I recommend you100%.
The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down.

Your review means a lot to me. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and helping us make our property even better. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you'll return soon.
I booked this property to stay while my flooded apartment was being dealt with. Holly let me check in early with less than 24 hours notice, and was kind enough to let me extend my stay twice.
It was a wonderful place to stay while dealing with a stressful situation: beautiful and comfortable and equipped with anything you could need. It didn’t even get all that cold in late November, despite it being an old house-just the normal morning chilliness, and sitting by the fireplace dealt with that nicely. The bath in particular is wonderful, and the kitchen table with windows on three sides was absolutely delightful even in the middle of winter. It was a wonderful stay, and family members are already talking about trying to book it the next time they visit Halifax.

Excellent stay! Very attentive property management, clean, and well outfitted if you want to do your own cooking. Not downtown but easy walking distance. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Cute quirky suite.

Lynne, it was a pleasure hosting you. Easy and fast communication. Thank you and welcome back anytime!
The location of this property is great. Very central to everything you need.
Personally, when I'm looking for a property to rent, parking is a huge thing. I don't rent units that only have street parking because I don't want that stress on my vacation. This unit description clearly states that there is parking for one vehicle. I received instruction on where to park before my arrival, all great. Except, this rental is a house comprised of four rental units - there are room for four vehicles but there will be two people blocked in at all times if all four units are rented (which they were when we were there). Much of my weekend was spent dealing with parking issues - be prepared that street parking might be easier, or, find other ways to get around while you're in town.

Property is small but amazingly equipped such kitchen and bathroom. The fire places don’t work so it was a little cold in tv room. Would be hard to be more than 4 in this place. Parking is pretty tight but great to have parking. Bed were good. Rental is not sound proof. I was woken up a few times from people upstairs. No fault just not very sound proof.
Arriving at 3 am to an apartment that had lights on and soft music playing was perfect after a very long travel day.
I thoroughly enjoyed my weeklong stay.
