Ocean Bay Club 1007 vacation rental is located in the historical Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental is a lavish 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo that accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. All new living room furniture and new mattresses as of June 1, 2024. This rental has a king bed in the master bedroom with a TV and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. The master bathroom has a huge walk-in shower. The other 2 bathrooms have a shower and tub combination. There are also free Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer.

This beautifully decorated oceanfront rental comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and breakfast bar area, and living area. Start your morning with a relaxing stroll along the seashore and finish up with a hot cup of coffee as you watch the day begin on the oceanfront balcony. Wonderful Stay!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this property. It was in a great location for young kids and getting to the beach. The pools were awesome and super clean!!! Can’t wait to stay again!

We loved the location. The front door was hard to open and close. The kitchen could use a keurig coffee maker. We went out and bought one because there were 8 adults and we all drank coffee..some drank decaf and other’s regular. The coffee maker that is in the room needs to be bigger to hold more coffee.

Did not disappoint

This was our second time staying at the Ocean Bay Club and it did not disappoint!! The unit was very clean when we arrived. We were told a 4:00 pm check-in but was pleasantly surprised when we got the early morning text that the unit would be ready at 11:00am!Check in/out process was easy and we did not have any issues the week we were there.This will continue to be our go to place to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach.

NMB Vacation

Family vacation

Nice and comfortable house. Great view and access to the beach. Good location. One of the rooms wasn’t cleaned well, though local maintenance guy was very helpful to fix that. Property manager was nice but reply to most requests was “this is home away from home” and they couldn’t help.

Great condo!

The condo was large and very clean. It was great. The beds were comfortable and ocean front view wonderful.The beach was great, very wide. The indoor pool was tiny and the outdoor pool was supposed to be open but was closed. Pools were disappointing, but everything else was good.

Very Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay and may book the same condo next year for our annual family vacation. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The location is fantastic close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed rocking on the rockers on the balcony and the living room was big enough for all 6 of us to be in there at once comfortably. The only suggestion I would have is for the mattresses to be updated as they were very hard. I ended up running to Walmart to buy a mattress pad to put on the bed so that I could sleep comfortably, but it was an added expense I was not planning on making. Other than the beds we had a great time, the condo was clean, and had plenty of kitchen wear for cooking and eating that you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

Certainly not what I expected. The kitchen had food particles and grime around the sink and stove. There was mold In the bathrooms, not just one. The jet tub was so filthy it had dirt and grime around at all of the jets, and the stuff that came out of them when we filled and turned it on, was disgusting. My grand child screamed and jumped out of the tub. The light switch in the master bath was so disgusting you wouldn’t touch it. I actually tried to clean it off so I could touch it. Not much luck. The baseboards and the floor were not clean. This wasn't a couple months worth of dirt built up. I went to find the vacuum in the utility closet, there was dirt dumped in the bottom of the closet. I grab the vacuum I tried it, it was so full of waste that it wouldn’t even work. I had to clean it out in order to use the vacuum. The unit is in need of updating many things need to be replaced, mattresses, kitchen counters, the tile baseboards are loose and missing, the third bathroom the laminate on the cabinet door was a cracked and peeling off. The master bath cabinet apparently had done the same thing it had been fixed by painting it, in the section that had cracked and broken off. There was mold on the ceilings in the bathrooms, sections of the ceilings were peeling off. Door handles were loose and coming apart. The TVs were not working, we found that all cable connections had been disconnected. Unfortunately after the third phone call to the management over several different things I decided to let it go and not ruin my expensive vacation by standing over people making sure they do their jobs. I forgot to mention, they have an inspector that is supposed to make sure the unit is clean and of good repair. My mistake, I should’ve taken one or two days out of my vacation to stand over them while the cleaned. I have been told by the managing company, that I have no recourse because I did not continue to take care of it while I was there. When I returned home on the following Monday, two days later, I sent pictures to the managing company, in an email, to an address that I was given to me by the office, when I turned in the keys. The email had not been answered by Friday. I phoned on Friday and was told that I have no recourse that I had should’ve taken all the time to have it done while I was there. Even the pictures did not make a difference. I would love to share the pictures. If anybody would like the pictures I’m available to give

A Beautiful Property!

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing in this beachfront condo! It was beautifully decorated, and we especially enjoyed all the lovely framed pictures and other wall hangings throughout the condo. The kitchen was well-appointed, thankfully, as we ate a number of meals there. The beachfront balcony had an entrance from the living room and the master bedroom and enabled at least 6 to sit on it comfortably with a fantastic view! We also especially liked the enclosed parking deck that allowed us to park on any level and to have as many spaces as we needed without having to park in a nearby lot! Probably the only drawback was that the back bedrooms got a little warm at night. We had those in our family who came a couple of days after we did to bring a fan each, and that solved the problem. Overall, it was a lovely, restful place to enjoy a vacation with our family, and we would return there in the future.
