Clean and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo steps to the Sun Ridge Pools, Tennis, Pickleball, basketball & gym. Short walk to the Freeman Stage. Accessible by elevator, this 2100 sq ft condo offers spacious single-story vacation living, with an open living, dining and well-equipped kitchen, 2 master bedroom suites with large private bathrooms, bunk room and queen bedroom. All bedrooms have smart tv's.

Great spaces continue outside, with the resort condo's screened porch, which overlooks the Sun Ridge pools.

Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Parking: 2+, including one under the building and more in front. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Extras: 5 flat-screen smart TVs capable of streaming -TV with video games and VCR with lots of movie choices in Bunk room, gas fireplace, high speed wireless Internet.

Beautiful Property

Spent most days at pool/ splashpad across the street. Grandaughter (2) had a blast. Rooms in condo are beautiful and much larger than they appear on line. Very comfortable stay.

Best Bayside Beach Week!

The condo is exactly as listed. Clean, easy check in, close to everything Bayside has to offer! Layout perfect for a family with littles or multiple families staying together! Easy walk to sunridge pool and a park. Right near Freeman stadium for concerts. Tammy was a pleasure to work with. Communication was easy and this condo was perfect for our family! We hope to book again next year!

Bayside resort!

Great property. Great location. Our kids are not beach kids so this place works fantastic for us. The pool is across the street and is one of the highlights of our stay. Restaurants and stores nearby are plus too. Look forward to another stay!

Great condo, perfect location!

This is our second time renting this condo. We love it, as it fit our needs with the other family we traveled with. Tammy responded quickly with any questions we had before and during our stay. It is the perfect location, right across from the pool, which made it easy for us and the kids.

Great Vacation Condo

Had a wonderful week in Bayside and Fenwick. The property was very clean, spacious, and as advertised. In a great location in terms of accessing the pool and central to the overall resort. The owner, Tammy was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had before and during the stay. Would absolutely recommend this rental to any families looking for a fun week in Delaware / OC!

Just steps to Sun Ridge Pool

Tammy is a super responsive host, which I really appreciated. The condo is spacious and still feels private. All 4 bedrooms are spread out so that everyone has privacy. The sun porch is a delight with enough comfortable seating for 6. To access the Sun Ridge pool, we just walked across the street, which was so nice. All lights, appliances, etc., worked in the condo, and the reserved parking in the garage was also a plus. Having previously stayed in single-family homes at Bayside, I was a tiny bit nervous about renting a condo, but I would not hesitate to rent one again. Thanks for a great stay!

Family reunion

Family from VA, NY and MI came together for a reunion. We loved the condo! Very clean, spacious,well supplied and great location. The host was very responsive if we had any questions. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location for family fun!

This property is actually much bigger than appear in the pictures posted. Bedrooms are spread out for privacy and are quite large. The bunk beds room is also pretty nice with the addition of a television with video gaming. In fact, each room had a television and one bedroom had an office set-up with 2 monitors. Nice when you have to catch up at the office when away. Bathrooms were nice ( one for each bedroom) and den was a great space and the screened in porch was excellent. Kitchen offered modern appliances and the open concept between kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We were right across the street from the Sunridge Pool and Sport center. Few minute drive to grocery store, drug stores and restaurants. Our family of 4 adults and two children had more than enough space. We had great communication with the owner prior to arrival and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Bayside Condo - Highly Recommended

We highly recommend this unit based on size, layout, overall cleanliness & location of unit and responsiveness of owner. The property owner was very responsive; Very large unit w/ 2 oversized master suites; Unit is as it appears online. Convenient location for the pool lover - Sun Ridge complex is right across the street, short walk. Very clean (would have given it 5 stars for cleanliness instead of 4, but undercabinet trash can had dried food (we cleaned it out for the next guest). The unit was decorated lovely and we loved the furniture. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of amenities in this development. (Did have to pay one time extra amenities fee, but it was worth it.) Only negatives - cable was only available on 2 of the 4 tvs. The other 2 tvs could access streaming services with your own password/account, but unfortunately we do not subscribe so we couldn't use those tvs. Owner did provide lots of movies though. No vertical blind at slider, so we felt neighbors could look in, especially at night. Porch furniture and cushions need to be replaced, cushions were dirty. We understand though that with a rental it is hard to keep up with these type of issues. The porch was screened in and the ceiling fan on the porch offered a nice breeze even on humid evenings. Let me be clear that any negatives were mostly inconvenient and would not detract us from renting again. We were disappointed to see that the price of the unit for next summer, same week as we rented this year, had increased, even in the off season. We'll have to consider the price, but we would love to rent this unit again.

Fenwick Summer Trip

This property was very convenient. There was a spot in the garage below the building with elevator access to the floor. The condo was one level which was great, so that we didn’t need to lug our luggage up flights of stairs. Additionally, It was also super close to the Sunridge pool complex. Tammy was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved this place so much! We have stayed in Bayside before, but the location of this property was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and beds were very comfortable. My girls loved the bunk bed rooms and my mom enjoyed having her own room and bathroom. We would highly recommend this place, don’t even look any further, just book it! (Just don’t take the week we want next year! Lol) it’s right across from the main pool and playground. Also, Tammy is a wonderful host, answers questions immediately and everything in the apartment was just lovely. Hope to return next year.

clean, convenient , large place to stay. Across from pools so we did not have to walk far with small kids. they had a bar and even a band on Sat. Great place to go out for a walk. We would need to go in car to go to kayaks or paddle boards. close to go to Ocean city or fenwick beach. grandkids loved it!
