Resort living at its best!

Welcome to Villa Belle Bethany. Completed in October 2014, this like new, bright and spacious (2,900 sq ft) end-unit 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxurious villa in Bay Forest community features a great open floor plan, 10 foot ceilings, arched entryway, granite counter tops, gleaming hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and 6 Samsung HD Smart TVs, just to name a few.

The end unit location allows greater privacy, natural sunlight and ample space for kids to run around outside.

The first floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room with comfortable sitting for large family groups, a spacious great room, 55'' Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The laundry room off the kitchen has full size Whirlpool washer and dryer. The brick patio off the great room allows you to enjoy the great outdoors while you sip wine, share a meal, or play cards or games.

All brand new furnishings and luxury bedding are featured throughout.

The king master bedroom on the first floor features an additional private sitting room with a queen size sleep sofa for relaxation or reading, 40'' Samsung Smart TV, a master bath (with double vanities,soaking tub and shower), and a walk-in closet. There is another 1/2 bath off the hallway on the main floor.

The second floor has two queen bedrooms, and another bedroom with two twin beds, and a loft with a queen size sleep sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32'' Samsung Smart TV. The loft area also includes a 50'' Samsung HD Smart TV, a Blu-ray DVD player and a supply of games, books, and videos for evenings or rainy days.

The Bay Forest resort offers beautiful walking / jogging / biking trails through wooded areas with views of the many ponds and fountains. There are two Clubhouse complex areas for recreational purposes. The clubhouses feature lap pool, lazy river, water slides, tennis courts, basketball, bocce ball court, playground, and a state of the art fitness center. Enjoy poolside delivery of drinks and meals/snacks or gather in the evening around the community fire pit. All within walking distance! Or head to the community pier for crabbing, fishing, or launching off to kayak, canoe or paddle board towards the bay (you will need to bring or rent your own man-powered boat).

Bethany beach is less than 4 miles away. Free shuttle service to/from the beach runs every hour in season from Bay Forest Resort. Award winning golf courses, duty-free shopping, sailing, fishing, fine dining...... You're just minutes away from the beach towns of Rehoboth, Ocean City, and Fenwick Island, plus all the excitement and activities they offer.

The property was in a beautiful community with lots of nice amenities. The home was well appointed, spacious, and located near the pool, gym, and shuttle stop. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It worked out very well for our group of 7. It was close to the beach, Bethany Beach town center and many restaurants. A word of caution that the beach traffic is heavy and Bethany beach fills up quickly during peak season. We would stay again.

Great location in a great community

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Bay. This townhome was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was convenient location to the pools and fitness center. We enjoyed the walking paths, access to the bay and the lazy river pool. It was a short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Helen was a great host who shared a lot of information about the community and the townhome.

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. It was close to the swimming pools which my daughter's family enjoyed, especially the lazy river. My wife and I was able to workout at the workout center and we also enjoyed the swimming pools. The grocery stores were very close. I would highly recommend this location especially if you have young kids in your group. The beach was also very close.

House was perfect! Every ammenity needed, beautiful little community. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to still get to places. Only thing i would change is to have linens and towels included.

First trip to Bethany Beach

The property was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for more people but I think the HOA limits this. We couldn't have been more pleased with the space and community. The lazy river was perfect!

Very serene and accomodating property

This is our second vacation at this property within 5 years. We loved it the first time and loved it the second time! The house is very accommodating for our growing family! 2023 vacation

The house was amazing! Everything was clean, neat and tidy, and exactly as they described it. Helen and Blake are great hosts, and their home is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed using both of the pools in the development, in fact, that was the highlight of our trip.

Bethany Beach Vacay

This property was everything we expected from the posting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a crock pot! The property was clean and well maintained. The owners maintained timely communication and addressed all issues. The neighborhood was amazing and has something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 6, which includes 4 teenage/young adults men, had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Bethany Beach. Being Marylanders all our lives, it was our first time to Bethany Beach and we loved it. Such a quaint town with great restaurants. The atmosphere of the Boathouse Restaurant was our favorite in addition to the 2.5 mile kayaking trip we did that took us to Fenwick Island. The resort complex was so quiet and peaceful. We spent a majority of our time at the pool since it was such a great facility. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent vacation property!

Excellent vacation home in Bayforest. The house is very clean, spacious, quiet and exactly as described. The wifi is strong should you have to work and there is ample space to spread out. The amenities at Bayforest cannot be beat, with the home in walking distance to the pool and gym facilities, and child friendly activities. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We have stayed at other properties in the area. Villa Bethany is the best!

Truly home away from home

We were in town for a wedding. The condo was spacious, warm, welcoming, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was actually perfect! Excellent Visit

Family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed for a week. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Bay Forest is a lovely community with terrific amenities. We used the fitness center, the pools, and walking paths, and the outdoor grill. We had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach items and a bike available in the garage. Grocery and pharmacy within a couple of miles. The owners clearly made an effort to feel that we were in someone’s home. We appreciated the TV streaming service in the living room. The owners were readily available when when questions came up. A very good experience.

This fabulous beach house went above and beyond our expectations in every way!

This vacation villa has it all - gorgeous home equipped to the hilt; comfortable beds; plenty of room for multiple families; unbelievable clubhouse, gym, pool(the lazy river was definitely a hit) with food and bar service; close to the beach; close to shopping and fresh seafood; friendly neighbors! This was the most beautiful beach house I have ever rented - and at a reasonable price. The neighborhood is close to everything but tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The owners were delightful to work with! Helen always answered my emails promptly and helped me find a good linen rental company. When Helen returned my deposit check, she sent ME a Thank You note! Don't let this villa pass you by on your next search for a Bethany vacation! My family (including out of towners) want to book again for next year! We really want to just LIVE there!

We have vacationed in many different places and countries. If circumstances permit, we'd always choose to rent a private home instead of staying in a hotel. After spending some time in Bethany beach, we fell in love with its central location, the unique charm and its family friendliness. During summer season, the community offers shuttle bus service to/from the Bethany beach, so that you will not have to worry about fighting for a parking spot at the beach during busy days/times. We love the high quality construction of the homes in Bay Forest, the family feel and the quietness of this neighborhood. In addition, this end unit villa offers a great open floor plan (only available in certain newer models), natural sunlight, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for family gathering, relaxation and enjoyment. The special features such as the arched entryways, hardwood floors and nearby community fire pit also make you feel living right at home while vacationing in a resort!
