This modern lodge style home sits quietly in the back of a cul-de-sac and boasts 175' of fairway frontage on the beautiful Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club. During the summer months you can sit quietly outside on our beautiful deck and watch the golfers pass through or enjoy the view from inside the enclosed porch with massive view windows stretching end to end. Each oversized bedroom is beautifully and comfortably outfitted with a queen-sized bed along with spacious walk-in closets.
The kitchen is fully stocked, and we have about everything you'll need to plan your family dinners or holiday feasts.
The house is just minutes from all the best restaurants, grocery stores, and only 30 minutes from the famed Sunrise Park Resort! When the snow is flying, this is where you want to be.
Don't ski? No worries! While the family is on the hill, relax at the house in front of the 55" flat screen HD smart TV/DVD player. Play some Ping Pong, Foosball, Darts in the large game room. The entire backyard is fenced for your family pet.
The kitchen is fully stocked, and we have about everything you'll need to plan your family dinners or holiday feasts.

Perfect home for our family stay. Great hosts. Very spacious and well equipped. The game room is a very special bonus. The back yard patio is wonderful and the fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Location in the country club area and on the golf course couldn't be better. We'll be back!

Excellent Property, a must stay!
The location of this property is great, just off the highway but you would never know you where so close. Minutes from the restaurants and shops. The house itself is very spacious and well laid out. We will definitely plan another stay there!

Home away from Home
From the minute we stepped into the house, we felt right at home and very comfortable. The house has everything you need for just relaxing and having some fun. The back deck, yard and view of the golf course was so nice. Location is great in relationship to the town, area hiking and fishing. Our interactions with the owners was absolutely great! Fabulous home and ideal location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on our 3 day getaway! Our dogs loved the yard and golf course! Spacious rooms and very clean! Lots of games and fun game room with heater, so we were able to use it often. We will definitely return!

We LOVE the location of this home. We have avid golfers in our family and have always dreamed of owning a home on the golf course! Pinetop is such a beautiful place to find your own fun! We love hiking, biking, fishing, and boating and fell in love with Pinetop several years ago.
