APARTMENT IN CAPPELLINA CHEZ MARCO fully equipped and air conditioned 1 bedroom + 40m2 private terrace in a building dating back to XV Century.

Character building of the 15th century completely renovated, with 2 cottages U FILANCIU and A CAPPELLINA all comforts, possibility to rent the two houses. 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches, great hikes in the area.

The accommodation has: air conditioning, bed 160 (Mattress SIMMONS) and sofa bed 140 new equipment, satellite tv and wifi,
dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven, fridge + freezer has drawers, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, the large terrace is equipped with a living room and dining area

Craftsman in love with old buildings I completely renovated this house respecting the old materials.

My rates would be supposedly slightly more expensive than average but given the benefits and qualities of the materials in all modesty must be compared with what is comparable, you choose

Excellent sejour

Gîte idéal sur les hauteurs de Muro. Tout y est, un petit coin de paradis! Marco est de très bon conseil et très sympathique. Le gîte est très bien équipé.

Séjour exceptionnel ...

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans le gîte de M. Mulas ! Logement parfait et très propre, terrasse superbe et nous avons également testé l espace Spa , superbe. Tout a été fait avec goût. Merci M. Mulas pour votre sympathique accueil , vos délicates attention et vos précieux conseils pour nos randonnées. La Balagne est superbe !. Nous reviendrons, c est certain . Calme et authentique

Bel endroit pour rayonner entre montagne et mer de la belle région de la Balagne. Belle terrasse avec vue sur la montagne et observation des milans ! Trés bons conseils de Marco le propriétaire du Gite.

On a adoré notre séjour chez Marco.Authenticité,calme,le charme d'un village corse tout y est.Le gîte est rénové avec goût,très confortable bref on se sent comme à la maison.Marco est un hôte très accueillant et nous fait partager sa passion pour les Milans.on a qu'une envie:revenir!!

Superbe location

Petite location très chouette ! Tres bien équipée et très propre! La grande terrasse est très jolie et confortable ! Marco le propriétaire est très agréable et tout est réuni pour qu'on s'y sente bien! Un petit village sympa et très bien situé pour les visites! Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances et recommandons cette location! Merci encore à Marco pour sa gentillesse et les petits gestes d'attention !
