Located in the heart of the village of Lumio, and the micro region of Balagne, 2 km from the beach, 15 minutes from Calvi and Ile Rousse, you can enjoy all the charm and comfort of this 60m2 house with private pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. This rental is ideally located in a pleasant environment. I am present in a neighbouring accommodation, which allows me to maintain the equipment and be responsive when needed. You will have access to local shops such as a bakery, pharmacy, post office, restaurants...

Transport:

If you choose to come by car, you can park a vehicle directly in the property which is closed by a sliding gate.
The other vehicles will be able to park on public property in the district.

Linens:

- Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.
(1 large towel and 1 small towel per person)
A beach towel will also be provided to each person to enjoy the sunbed.

Housekeeping:

- The installation, cleaning and linen treatment costs are 100 euro per stay.

- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future tenants. You will have to return it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
