Lovely large fully air-conditioned 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa we are 5.9 km from vilamoura set in a country location this is under 10 minutes drive and a 6 euro Uber ride from Vilamoura centre, marina and beaches!
FULLY GATED POOL can be heated charged on site, LARGE HOT TUb FOR 7 people available charged on site.
This Super, large villa is very child friendly, well maintained and furnished, set in huge gardens, with a FULLY GATED SWIMMING POOL. provides great holiday accommodation for your larger group or family vacation.

The terrace is very large and has seating and table and chairs for up to 16 persons. there are 10 sunbeds around the fully gated pool with umbrellas for your relaxing and sunbathing.
Table tennis, badminton are all provided for you in the gardens.

There are 6 fully furnished bedrooms and 6 modern bathrooms.
1 family bedroom has a king size bed and x 2 single beds.
there are 2 lounges down stairs 1 with TV and ample seating and
the second children/ games room lounge has a pool table, football table and a smart TV. There are double doors entering on to the terrace,
There is a 3rd small lounge area upstairs with sofas great for a quite reading area or work area.
The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has everything you would need for large party catering, with dish washer, washing machine, full cooker and hob, microwave and all other items needed for cooking and eating during your holiday, such as utensils, plates crockery glasses..
Up stairs a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all brand new and refurbished can be found with the main bedroom having double doors on to the large balcony.
upstairs here is where you will a find a lovely quite lounge area for reading and time alone.

There is lots of space inside and outside the villa, ample areas for eating and socialising or simply finding a space for time alone!

The downstairs of the villa is flat with no steps , having 3 bedrooms with en -suit, lounge, dinning room, full separate bathroom and a second lounge all with easy , direct access to the terrace and outside, making it perfect for the younger and older members of your party!
We are a very easy drive of under 10 minutes to the marina, waterpark, beaches and supermarket.
Vivenda Christina is set in a country location on the edge of wooded areas. animal sounds and dogs will be heard.
The long drive with parking for your group of 4 to 5 cars is shared with me the owner.

NB.TOURIST TAX is now charged in the Algarve portugal.
this tax is collected by me at 2 euro a night for over 16 to a max of 5 nights.
FULL PASSPORT information is also required for me to pass to the Gov.pt site.

The villa was the best we have stayed in - the pictures don’t do it justice. Wonderful property with a great outdoor space. Wonderful pool area and patio area a great space to chill out.The host is extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. She is really relaxed and left us to it but was there if we needed her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and would definitely stay her again if back in Portugal! 5*

Beautiful villa. Not in central Vilamoura but Ubers were super easy to book and cheap. Great amenities for children and to keep everyone busy. Very clean, lovely welcome package and Christine was always available for any questions or queries that we had. We had a great week. Christina was very helpful and the villa itself was spacious, well appointed, clean and modern. It had everything we needed. It is close to Vilamoura and very easy and cheap to uber in to the town, nearby waterparks and beaches. The pool was great to relax, and there are plenty of areas to sit in shade or sunbathe. Cant fault it!

Perfect 2 weeks

We (group of 11 including 2 kids 2&4 years old) had two weeks in the villa and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was lovely and clean and offered everything we wanted and needed.The pool is gated so no need to worry about the kids when no one’s manning it. Christine was available all the time to help with any queries on the local area and general help. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends in the future. The villa is perfect location for everything with only being a short drive/cab away. Cabs are cheap. A short 10/15 min walk to a bakery that does lovely fresh bread, croissants and cakes every morning. In short. Lovely place, highly recommend it.

Fabulous outdoor area, a home from home

Fantastic stay. Plenty of room. Outdoor area was amazing, so handy to have a large garden area with young kids - they loved running around when not in the pool. Property very clean and spacious. Everything you could need. Super easy to order Ubers, getting around was no problem. Christine the host is super lovely, helpful and welcoming and sent lots of useful information ahead of stay. We had a great time as a family and will definitely book again.

Beautiful Villa

We were a family of twelve, my wife and me, our four sons, their partners and our grandchildren. We were really looking forward to our stay and we’re not disappointed. Had booked to celebrate as a family for a 60th birthday with 3 different families ages ranging from 2 - 60. From the initial booking right through to the end of our stay Christine was brilliant, from the information provided, booking transfers and ensuring that we had some essentials in the property on arrival. The villa is beautiful and easily accommodated 7 adults and 4 children. It has a large garden and games provided and a secure pool area with a lockable gate so we didn’t have to worry when this was not in use. The villa is set in a quiet location but only a 8 minute uber from a large supermarket and about the same distance into Vilamoura marina. Everything we needed in the property was provided and cleaners attended to the pool, outdoor areas and inside the property during our stay. Thank you for a lovely week!

Family holiday

Fabulous time had by all. We are a large family that holiday together once a year over the years we have had a few disappointments this villa did not disappoint in anyway. What you see advertised is actually what you get a beautiful clean spacious well looked after villa. Christine the owner sends all the info you need before you arrive a lovely lady who comes to see you when you arrive is just a msg away to answer any query you may have and then comes to say goodbye when it’s time to leave. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

What a fabulous house !!!

Stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks - for over a week there were 14 of us. Christine could not have done more - it was clean bright with absolutely everything we could have needed and she is right next door!! Pool was filled up grass cut and house beautifully maintained !! Have booked houses through companies before but never again - no comparison to having someone on the doorstep to help!! If you have a large family or big group could not recommend enough!! Very close to supermarkets the beach and Villamoura !! Holiday was 15/10 - perfect !!!

Perfect and Private Location for a Family

This property was perfect for our family reunion of nine adults and four children. The private gate at the entrance made us feel more secure, the spacious parking for our vehicles (2 nine-passenger vans, and one car), plenty of grass for the children to run and play, the private gated pool (this was imperative for us, and the pool was lovely), the spacious outside patio area with plenty of seating and two bbqs, the beautiful up-to-date kitchen with new appliances, the bedrooms with bathrooms were very nice and convenient. Christine was such a gracious host and told us everything we needed to know. When we arrived at the property Christine had already purchased some food for us to have a quick and easy meal. Our family highly recommends this property, and we cannot wait to go back!

We stayed at this incredible villa at the end of October into early November to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with close family and, we now fully understand why every review is a perfect 10/10.The villa itself is immaculate; spacious, beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and perfectly distributed for our group. Wi-Fi was reliable and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool, garden and outside setting was perfect for both celebration and downtime. What truly set this experience apart was our host, Christine. From the moment we booked, she was truly exceptional; friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating. The pre-arrival information she provided was detailed and helpful, allowing us to familiarise ourselves with local shops, restaurants and amenities before we even arrived. Christine went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday extra special adding thoughtful touches and surprises that meant so much to us. We were welcomed with a bottle of bubbles, a warm Jacuzzi ready to enjoy, a starter pack of nibbles, tea, and coffee, such a kind and generous gesture. Every single member of our family from age 4 to 80 loved the villa - we would return in a heartbeat. Christine’s attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly looked after. If anyone is starting out in the hospitality business, Christine is the gold standard to aspire to. If we could give a higher score, we absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended!!

Amazing Villa 10/10

Beautiful villa, beautifully clean and beautifully maintained. From my first enquiry, Christine was so helpful. She met us on arrival with a very thoughtful welcome pack after our travels and although living next door, was very unobtrusive during our stay, keeping in touch by wattsapp and promptly replying with any info or help we needed. The villa is just as you see in the photos, and our 3 generation family all agreed it was the best one we have stayed at so far. Plenty of room for 13 of us to spread out, comfortably furnished social areas inside and out and a huge, safe garden for the little ones to play. The lockable gate on the swimming pool was a big plus for our peace of mind too. There was more than enough pots, pans and utensils for catering in the modern kitchen and 2 bbq's, the beds were so comfy and all the linens and towels supplied were top quality. We couldnt fault anything. Special shout out to the team of cleaners who came in regularly too.Everything was beautifully clean and made for a very special family holiday, I would highly recommend this villa and cant wait to come back next year. Wonderful Family Holiday

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Christine the owner, was so helpful - arranged transfers, gave us contacts for car hire, places to visit and was there if you needed her. The villa is very private and the pool and garden s are so relaxing ! Beautiful outside area with bbq’s , comfy furniture and space for everyone to chill . Our grandchildren loved the pool - plenty of Sun loungers and areas of shade if you wanted it! The villa inside is also spacious and is tastefully decorated with a number of sofas ! It was very hot as was July, but the villa has great air conditioning! We used Uber taxis to visit the Marina, water parks for the children and Albufeira Old Town ! We were a family of 3 generations and we all would love to return - best family holiday we have had and we have been lucky enough to have had a few!!! Many thanks Christine ! A wonderful stay and fabulous time!

We were a group of 11 people; adults ranging from 40 to 80 years old and 2 kids. It was a special time celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with family and close friends. We had an amazing time at the villa. The layout worked out perfectly with three bedrooms located on the main level and three on the second level and 6 washrooms (no line ups getting ready in the morning :)) Christine and her husband Matthew were great hosts. The communication prior to our arrival and check in process was clear and easy. Christine was always available to answer ay questions and provide recommendations for sites to visit, local restaurants etc. during our stay. The villa is located in a quiet area around 10 minutes away by car from Villamoura centre, beaches and shopping area. It is best to have a vehicle to go around but some of our group took Uber as well instead of driving and it was quite cheap (around $5 to $8 euros). We loved our stay and hope to be back again in the near future.

Amazing villa!

Our party of 10 (ranging in age from 3 to 73) have just returned from a fantastic stay at Vivenda Christina. The villa is beautiful with tons of space and facilities. Four of us (with 2 young kids) were in the massive family bedroom which opens up directly to the courtyard, my sister's family of 4 took over the upstairs section (with 3 bedrooms) and my parents were on the ground floor. This meant that all of us had the best of both worlds - being together on a family holiday without anyone getting in each other's way! The swimming pool is lovely, and importantly for young families, gated, which meant that we could let the kids play in the garden without fear of them getting to the pool. Every single one of us had a fantastic time - it was our first villa holiday - and decided to make it an annual fixture. Christine, and her son Nathan, went out of their way to help and advise us when requested. They were superb hosts. We would highly recommend Vivenda Christina!

Je viens de passer des vacances tout simplement inoubliables : un grand merci ! Une villa magnifique, optionnel et plus que confortable.
