Relaxing getaway

My daughter and I were looking for a getaway to relax and recharge, and this location was perfect. The condo was the perfect size for 2 people. Short walk to the beach, fantastic pool. Would recommend for party of 2 looking to relax and enjoy the sun.

A beach trip to remember!

We love the Luau and have stayed at this property many times over the years. The building is situated so close to the beach with a beautiful pool and outdoor amenities that make this the ideal vacation choice. This particular unit was beautifully furnished, clean, and it had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We even had access to beach supplies in the owner storage.i received all the information needed prior to arrival and the owner was super responsive.

Beach Getaway

We planned a last minute trip and this place was positively amazing. It was within walking distance to the beach and the tram was so convenient. The property manager was outstanding! I would highly recommend for the location and remarkable communication. We had a fabulous time.

This place was fantastic. The beach is so close, the private pool and hot tub are right out front. There are a couple restaurants within a 4 minute walk that serve good food and drinks. The parking is incredibly convenient. The place was clean with plenty of linens and space! We will be coming back again next time we come to Destin.

Absolutely amazing

This property was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, convenient. The parking is so convenient, right next to the building. The private pool, hot tub, and tiki bar just a 30 second walk away was fantastic. The beach is literally a skip hop and jump away, and the restaurants right on the beach were serving awesome food and drinks. I really had the most amazing time here with my husband. I can’t wait to come back. There was so much to do as well, mini golf, bikes, fishing, trails. This place was absolutely fantastic.

The owner's communication was precise and extremely detailed. The room looked exactly like the pictures; clean, comfortable, and convenient. We stayed on the 2nd floor just around the corner from the elevator. So no 'elevator' noise and we were able to take the stairs located right across from the elevator while we stayed.I took most of my own stuff, like the bath towels, paper towels, plates, utensils, own coffee, and so on. But the owner does provides plenty of supplies and much more, such as dishes, cups, coffe/coffee maker, mixer, iron, can opener, corkscrew, and etc. They even provide beach chairs & umbrellas, cart, enough trash bags, broom and mop (so you have no reason not be clean 😀) The only thing you would want to bring is your own beach towel, which the owner let you know upfront. The pool was right in fron of the lobby & the beach was only 2 mins walk from the pool so we never had to turn on the TV while we were there. Only down side about staying in a huge resort like this is that you dont want to leave the property but have to for meals mostly which is no fart of the property owner. I have not seen the final bill yet. But rarely using the room other than the bed & the bathroom, taking the trash out as instructed, and even cleaning up before leaving, i do expect to get the $150 they put a hold on my CC on the arrival day to be released. I recommend that you read all the email communications thoroughly. It will save you time, money & unnecessary packing.

Our first time to Sandestin and the studio condo was just right for the two of us. Easy walk to the beach, beautiful pool area and we love going for walks around the property. We played golf most days at Baytowne and loved it! Thank you for providing everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

The location is great, Tufan explained everything well in his listings and communication. The studio was comfy and very clean. We mostly ate out but there were dishes, silverware and any applied would have needed. The resort is beautiful and we love it, staying with Tufan offered quite a bit of savings and we loved our stay there. Thank you!!!

The unit is beautiful and updated. You can see the beach in the distance. There isn’t a balcony but the short walk to the beach made it perfect for us. Everything was very clean and I appreciated the supplies that were provided (Kerug, silverware, microwave, fridge, beach chairs, and umbrella) would stay here again!

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to the coast for a few days to celebrate our anniversary and this location turned out to be fantastic. It was busier than we predicted for this time of year because of fall break, but we still enjoyed everything about the resort and the studio suite we rented. Upon arrival, we were able to park our car close the Beach House Pool and enjoy the beach while waiting on our check in time. Upon checking in, we found the studio to be clean and well maintained with crisp linens, soft towels, and all the amenities promised by the owner. We also appreciated all the communication the owner provided prior to our arrival. No hidden surprises, no wasted time trying to locate or figure things out...We were very informed and prepared, making our short stay even better! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. Our four Luau condo's are located at the beachside of Sandestin Resort next to Hilton, Our other six studio/1 Bedroom units are at the Bayside of Sandestin right next to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. We also own at Pelican Beach Resort, Majestic Sun Resort at Seascape and Waterscape Resort. All are beachside updated properties with great reviews.

It is 2-3 minutes walk to the the famous Sandestin beach. The Turquoise waters and white sands made us fall in love with the Resort. Magnificent views from the Condo of the Luau salt-water pool, the lake and the golf course. Breath taking night views with Sandestin lights- all visible from the unit. Walking distance to the village of Baytowne Wharf. Tennis/Golf/cycling/kayaking. Family oriented, also great for Spring break crowd and youngsters or young -at-hearts. Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Newest Property in Sandestin. Luau pool is really cool with it's own Waterfall. Great family getaway. Romantic Destination.
