Our Bayside Studio offers spectacular panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. Located in Sandestin, on a quiet enclave framed by Florida pines and the fairways of The Links Course, your own personal balcony on the sixth floor serves as the perfect viewpoint of the Choctawhatchee Bay. At our studio you will enjoy all the amenities Sandestin Resort has to offer (Beach, golf, tennis, water-sports, spas, nature trails, kids activities, dining, shopping) with a very reasonable rate.

Our bay front studio has two queen size beds, a private bathroom and a kitchenette with an under counter fridge and a microwave. It is located in Sandestin Beach Resort which spans from the gulf of Mexico to Choctawhatchee Bay.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a major destination for all seasons and all ages, and has been named the #1 resort on Florida's Emerald Coast. This magical resort spanning over 2,000 acres is comprised of over 70 unique neighborhoods of condominiums, villas, town homes, and estates. The resort features miles of sandy white beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, a world-class tennis center with 15 courts, 4 resort swimming pools (and 15 private neighborhood pools), a 113-slip marina, a fully equipped and professionally staffed fitness center and spa, meeting spaces and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a charming pedestrian village with events, shopping, dining, family entertainment and nightlife.

When you're ready to experience the shopping, dining and live entertainment of the Village of Baytowne Wharf or enjoy miles of white sand beach on the Gulf side, they are a quick bike ride, golf cart cruise or tram ride (complimentary) away. Getting around in this 2,400 acre golf and beach resort is easy.

At our Bayside-Sandestin studio you will enjoy all the amenities Sandestin has to offer with a very reasonable rate.

Guests will have access to the beach, Bayside pool, and all communities in Sandestin through a complimentary TRAM, bike, drive or walk.

Access to tennis courts, golf courses, and fitness center is available, but requires additional fees.

We provide our personal cell-phone, and our cleaners cell-phone to address any issue/question very quickly.

At Sandestin, we're proud of our accolades that include being named the #1 resort on Florida's Emerald Coast and the best resort in South Walton. Our guests will have access to beautiful beaches of Sandestin, beautiful Bayside pool, shopping/dining in Baytowne Wharf and Marina, multiple nature parks (one on a private island), golf on one of 4 award winning golf courses, tennis on one of 15 high-tech tennis courts, multiple kids activities, water sports, shopping, dining by the sea and so much more.

We provide a complimentary tram pass to our guests, and a link to tram schedule and map to conveniently access different activities on Sandestin resort. Destin Harbor, Henderson Beach State Park, Santa Rosa Beach, are all a short drive away. We provide links and directions to our guests.

Great place to stay. Great room. The whole resort was awesome. Definitely was way better then we ever thought it would of been. There was so much to do you don’t even have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. We had a blast. We have a toddler and it was absolutely kid friendly. By far the best vacation spot we have been to. The host was so kind a quick to responding to our questions. Highly recommend!!!!!

The view off the balcony was stunning. Everything was neat and clean and safely secured with a private code. The access to the bay, beaches and other amenities was wonderful…we did not have to drive far for anything. The tram rides were great too. We’ll definitely be back.

It offers a wide range of amenities to guests including a spectacular private beach, Baytowne Wharf with multiple restaurants, bars, shopping, adult and kid activities, water sports, four world class golf courses, multiple tennis courts, many walking and bicycle paths with beautiful bay views etc. There are many hidden gems waiting to be explored like treasure island and board walk by the bay for our little guests, multiple special events organized in Baytowne Wharf throughout the year like concerts, fire-works, gumbo festival and many others.
