In a luxury residence with large swimming pool 10 by 20, paddling pool, solarium, private parking, lift (2nd floor).
Apartment renovated in 2019: All fittings and equipment are new and of high quality.
The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the port, the marina and the salt flats in the distance, in a quiet area (for regulars karaoke is closed permanently ...), and close to restaurants and shops.
It is very well equipped for 4 to 6 people: large terrace to the south (2m by 3.3m you can eat and sunbathe on it ... An electric shutter allows you to shelter from the sun if it knocks too much ...), equipped kitchen: everything is integrated, your eyes rest .... induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo. TV. Bedroom with 140 bed. Cabin with bunk beds. 140 sofa bed. New bathroom with 80 by 140 shower.
You can leave your bikes in the residence. Shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, grocery store, many restaurants ....)
Grazel beach is within walking distance, Mateille beach and Chalets à vélo.
Balneo Center, Casino nearby.
The village is accessible on foot and by bike.

The location of this apartment was great and the host was very responsive. You get a partial marina view and the balcony is great for relaxing. The check-in process was fine, except for the parking instructions, which were unclear and caused us to waste some time driving around looking for the right lot. The apartment toilet (which is separate from the sink/shower) is extremely small. I’m a slim and mobile person and I was knocking into the walls and hitting my head on the wall shelving unit that is installed on the wall. I can’t imagine how a larger person or someone with mobility issues would use it. I also found the bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. A lot of essential supplies were low or lacking, so expect to buy your own dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Luckily, there is a small carrefour that is walking distance where we were able to buy such items.

Fantastic location at a good price

We stayed here for two days in September. What a great apartment. Centrallly located with fantastic view of the port area with lots of sail boats. Cozy restaurants right in the neighborhood. And, despite being so close to everything it was very quiet. The kitcehn is well equipped so you can also prepare your own food. Check-in is easy as there is a lock box in case the owner Jean-Michel is not there to welcome you. Everything is clearly explained, so you can do self-serve check-in. In our case Jean-Michel was actually there to welcome us. Very, very nice host. He speaks very limited English and I speak correspondingly very, very little French, but everything worked out just perfect! There is an enclosed parking area, where you have a spot for your car. The apartment is on the second floor with a big balcony and there is a little elevator, so no problem with dragging up suitcases! I would definitely go back and stay here again, if I come back to Gruissan.

L’appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité.Le lave vaisselle et le lave linge sont vraiment très bien.Nous avons aussi apprécié le grand frigidaire avec son compartiment congélateur.Il a fait très chaud et les deux ventilateurs ont été indispensables à défaut de climatisation à prévoir je pense ( celui du salon est extraordinaire ; il faudrait mettre le même dans la petite chambre).La terrasse est très agréable et la vue assez sympa ; il faudrait juste remplacer la chaise longue et pouvoir mettre un coussin sur les chaises en plastique.Il faudrait également préciser que la fenêtre de la chambre ne donne pas côté jardin et piscine mais sur le couloir desservant les autres appartements.Nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine de la résidence qui est très bien entretenue.C’est une belle résidence bien fréquentée et les propriétaires résidants sont très agréables.L’emplacement est calme même si la terrasse donne sur le port et qu’en pleine saison cela doit être bruillant.Les commerces sont à proximité c’est très bien.La place de parking réservée est très pratique et indispensable je trouve.Voilà, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Pas de clim 'ventilateurs insuffisants en cas de fortes chaleur, odeur de refoulement d' égouts dans tout l'appartement très désagréable, quelques ustensiles pas très nets. Il faudrait un inter va et vient dans le couloir. En période de canicule le frigo s'arrête, décongèle et repart au bout d'un certain temps. Balai bon à changer, très usagé. Pas suffisamment de son au niveau tv,L'eau était resté dans la senseo de l'ancien locataire. Le volet de la chambre presque impossible à fermer, de ce fait ne l,'avons jamais recouvert pas peur de ne pas pouvoir le refermer.

Bonjour Denis, vous avez réservé un appartement sans climatisation pendant une période caniculaire. Le coût de cet appartement a été calculé sans la clim, vous auriez payé bien plus cher avec. les ventilateurs sont insuffisants dans chaque logement français à cette période de l'année ! J'ai constaté moi aussi des odeurs d'égouts qui remontent depuis la colonne commune et sont dus je suppose à la période caniculaire. Après une bonne aération on ne sent plus rien. Pour le volet impossible d'avoir la société pour le faire réparer mais j'avais pris le soin de vous en avertir il suffit de tirer un peu dessus à la descente du volet. Je n'ai habituellement que des éloges sur le propreté du logement vous avez eu des ustensiles sales je tiens à m'en excuser. Le balai aussi sera changé. pour la tv elle est suffisamment forte je l'ai vérifié, peut être le problème vient-il d'ailleurs? C'est dommage que votre commentaire constructif n'ai pas été accompagné de quelques points positifs car j'espère tout de même que vous en avez relevé ? Je m'efforce de proposer in logement confortable et propre, croyez-bien que votre commentaire me touche et sera pris en compte. Bien cordialement, Jean-Michel

Localisation parfaite ainsi que la vue sur le port, très proche des commerces du port ainsi que du centre ville en sachant qu'il y a 3 x semaine le marché. On n'a pas pu faire de randonnées dans les massifs pour risques d'incendie dommage. Sinon nous avons pu visiter Carcassonne, le logement comprends tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour. Proche du port, restaurant, animation. 3 eme réservation dans cet appartement. Le plus cette année, le linge de maison fourni. Je recommande. Il manque seulement un ventilateur dans la chambre et la pièce de vie. Trop chaud. Penser à emmener 2 ventilateurs..

Appartamento dalle giuste dimensioni generali, ben tenuto ed in ottima posizione. La cucina è ben fornita del necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Bello il balcone con affaccio sul porto. Comodo avere un parcheggio privato. Il letto contro il muro è abbastanza scomodo così come è scomodo avere il wc fuori dal bagno.

Bonjour, les photos du logement sont très claires et les dimensions sont indiqués dans l'annonce. Je trouve dommage de donner 3 étoiles pour quelque chose qui est annoncé clairement! De plus le tarif est en rapport avec la taille de l'appartement, linge et ménage compris, un soir de réveillon, soyons raisonnable!

Hier kümmert sich der Besitzer selbst um die Wohnung, was das Ganze sehr sympathisch macht. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung und die Lage hat uns voll überzeugt, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Vielen Dank
