Séjour parfait

Nous avons trouvé un logement des plus fonctionnels, très propre, proche de tout, donc très central pour visiter Gruissan à pied ainsi que les alentours plus éloignés, calme, confortable et spacieux. La petite terrasse ombragée a été très appréciable pour y manger matin, midi et soir. Le parking protégé par une barrière est un plus pour nous libérer de tout souci lié au garage d'un véhicule. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie, les échanges au préalable avec des réponses à nos demandes furent simples et très claires. La réactivité de Luce nous a permis de communiquer très facilement, ses explications sur les attractions de la région nous ont été très utiles pour la découverte de la région. Nous avons en tous points apprécié notre séjour et recommandons sans restriction ce logement idéalement situé au cœur de Gruissan.

Très bon séjour

Très belle location, parfaitement située pour aller à pied dans le centre historique de Gruissan et profiter de l'endroit. La maison est pratique et sa petite terrasse est super! Il y a un parking privé. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire.Je recommande cette location.

Super kleines Häuschen und völlig ausreichend mit 3 Erwachsenen. Super lage,vieles zu Fuss erreichbar. Betten waren ungemütlich und sollten ersetzt werden Ansonsten, gerne wieder!!

Emplacement idéal !

L' emplacement de cette petite maison est idéal pour visiter Gruissan à pieds. La plage des Chalets n'est qu'à 5 mn en voiture. Parking privé juste en face de l'accès de la maison, très appréciable. Maison propre avec le nécessaire pour vivre à 4 sans soucis. Environnement calme. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible. Très bonne adresse.

Nettes Häuschen in perfekter Lage von sehr angenehme Vermieterin

Das Häuschen liegt perfekt in der Mitte zwischen dem alten Ortskern, dem Hafen und den Stränden. Ortskern und Hafen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, alle Strände mit dem Fahrrad, für die es sogar einen abschließbare Raum neben Haus gibt. Wandern und Radtouren sind in alle Richtungen möglich. Einrichtung und Räume entsprechen der Beschreibung, wir waren zu zweit und konnten das zusätzliche Zimmer zur Kofferablage nutzen. Wer mit Kindern kommt, müsste die Koffer ausräumen und unterm Dach verstauen. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, Reinigungsmittel und Toilettenpapier sind ebenfalls vorhanden und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und kein Vergleich zu manchen professionellen Agenturen! Herzlichen Dank! Zu beachten ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage, aber wenn man abends Durchzug macht und tagsüber die Fensterläden verschließt geht es auch an heißen Tagen. Sehr angenehm auch die kleine sichtgeschützte und zum Teil schattige Terrasse!

Un très bon accueil et séjour sur cette agréable réservation qui correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes même si la mezzanine est "un peu" basse. .A signaler la localisation très proche du centre du village et bien située pour se rendre au nouveau port, la terrasse ombragée, à l’abri des regards. Une adresse que nous conservons pour un autre séjour à Gruissan.
