Divided into two floors with 5 bedrooms and room for 8 people.
On the ground floor is the living room of 30 meters with fireplace, a bathroom, a small wardrobe and fully equipped kitchen.
On the second floor there are 2 single rooms, one double and 2 twin bedrooms and another bathroom.
It has 2 terraces, gardens, private swimming pool (9x4), garage and country.
Located in the town of Padul, 15 minutes from Granada. Quiet, sunny and independent site. Ideal for exploring Granada, the Costa Tropical, the Granada Alpujarra and Sierra Nevada.
THE PRICE OF THE RENT WILL vary depending on the number of people and the SEASON OF THE YEAR. For other dates ask for a quote. CHECK PRICES WITHOUT COMMITMENT.

bon séjour en famille et entre amis
Belle villa, piscine et maison très bien entretenues. très bon accueil
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le village.
nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la sierra nevada est superbe,
Jose Torres est un homme très charmant et très serviable.
petit defaut dans la nuit il faut fermer les fenêtres pour diminuer le bruit des voitures passantes.

Skønt poolområde og velfungerende WiFi
Vi nød vores 14 dage i Padul. Huset er stort med fine værelser og et dejligt poolområde. Inventaret kunne være bedre, men man kan bestemt klare sig, med det der er. WiFi fungerer perfekt, hvilket er vigtigt, når børnene er med på ferie.

Superbe villa
Superbe villa, super village, il y a tous ce qu'il faut: crèmerie, restaurant, parc, marché, mercadona.
Le soir il fait frais c'est très agréable et la maison est très bien équipée et très bien entretenue.
C'est une adresse que je -garde très précieusement car je compte bien repartir là-bas.
Je tiens à souligné que Monsieur Jose Torres est un homme très charmant et très serviable, c'est grace à lui que nous avions pu voir les meilleurs endroit de la région de Granada. Merci encore à Monsieur Torres.

Relax a al padul
C'est une belle villa dans un veau village tranqille AL PADUL
Le climat est extraordinaire pas trop chaud mais suffisant pour se baigner dans la belle pescine de la villa
Tres proche de la charmant ville de granada 20 min par bus et il y a une possibilite de prendre le bus
Notre sejour de 10 jours etait agreable et tres reposant
Les seuls default c'est les matelas manque de confortabilite et vu que la ville est sur la grande av ANDALUCIA la nuit il faut fermer les vitres pour diminuer le bruit des voitures passantes
