Like previous reviews, the apartment itself is very nice for a studio. However, I agree with previous reviews that it is noisy which is not helped by the only window/door opening onto the road outside. The garage/lockup opposite the apartment was not open during the day but was used one night from midnight for a good few hours when clanking metal and car doors openig and closing as well as the general chatter from the workman was heard. The following night around midnight a truck blasting music came to collect the doors the workmen left outside the garage and clunked them into the truck. A bit of a shame about the nocturnal garage across the road as the apartment is in an otherwise ideal location.

This worked very well for me. Great location, just a few steps from the end of the Cours Mirabeau. Lots of useful and interesting shops and restos nearby. Wonderful boulangerie around the corner. The Thursday markets are almost on your doorstep, and the location makes it easy to explore the old city in all directions. The apartment was very clean with good towels, linens, and supplies. Some reviewers were concerned about street noise but that was not my experience. The street is very quiet (the only business nearby is a few doors down, and it's a lawyers' office -- not much partying there!). I didn't use the kitchen much, but it seems well-equipped. The apartment is on the main floor (street level). This means no stairs to climb, but also that when you open the shutters and curtains, there is zero privacy (or, on the other hand, you get a perfect view of the street and the passersby). A tip: the hot water is extremely hot! A middle setting in the shower was plenty hot enough for me -- an accidental nudge of the adjusting knob could scald, so be careful (I'd suggest the owners set the temperature back a bit, for safety and economy!). Information from the owners was timely and complete, with easy to follow instructions for accessing the building and the unit itself.Highly recommended!

Esperabamos otra cosa según fotografías se anuncia para 4 difícilmente cabiamos 2 es para uno o dos dias, la regadera muy estrecha

small but convenient

Could not ask for a better location.Comfortable bed.Nice windows opening onto the street. First Floor. As soon as you enter from the outside into the building hallway the entrance to the appt. is right there. Good washer although european wash cycles are long. Could use some shelves in the bathroom above the toilet to keep your bath accessories because vanity space is limited. would definitely stay here again.
