Located in a beautiful location in Corso Europa in front of Finalpia’s dock and close to the beaches and the district of Finalpia, cozy apartment with sea view newly renovated and furnished with care.
The modern and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor with patio/outdoor area surrounded by plants and jasmine that guarantee peace and privacy.
The house offers all the comforts and services needed to make your stay pleasant and memorable.
The apartment is spacious and practical, the large living area is very bright thanks to the large window and the French door at the entrance.
The apartment has air conditioning.
The apartment consists of:
- Large living area with sofa bed (for 2 people)
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 4 people and dishwasher
- A bedroom with queen-size bed
- A bathroom with toilet and shower

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a gazebo / outdoor patio that insolates the house from the street.

Nice beach apartment with lovely hosts

Modern apartment, a stonethrow from public beach and in short walking distance to city centre. Great terrace with direct entrance. Very warm welcome and excellence service. Due to the street in front it is quite noisy during day and evening.

Come sentirsi a casa..

Location perfetta, arredamento moderno ed elettrodomestici di ultima generazione (lavastoviglie, forno, piano a induzione, lavatrice, tv led, climatizzatore..) e "full optional", non mancava niente (stoviglie, pentolame, phon, ferro e asse da stiro, tavoletta mare, ombrelli, ecc.) insomma tutte le comodità proprio come essere a casa propria ma con il mare di fronte! La gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria che ci ha fornito da subito le dritte giuste (per ristoranti, eventi e tutto quello che c'è da vedere in zona) hanno fatto di questa vacanza una location perfetta da tenere in considerazione anche per le prossime vacanze!

Ottimo appartamento e ottima posizione

Le foto pubblicate parlano da sole, il bilocale è ristrutturato molto recentemente, con mobili nuovi e funzionali. Ampio e comodo anche per 4 persone, grazie al divano-letto. C'è tutto, comprese lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Posizionato di fronte ad una delle spiagge libere di Finale Ligure, basta attraversare la strada. Supermercato a 50 metri. Come in ogni località ligure, farete molta fatica a parcheggiare. Se arrivate con il treno, l'appartamento è un po' lontano perché si trova sul lato opposto del paese. Comodo anche il cortile all'aperto, anche se poco fruibile a causa del rumore del traffico proveniente dall'antistante Aurelia. Ottimo segnale wi-fi. Proprietaria gentilissima, amichevole e disponibile!

Fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento 2 settimane a gennaio con 2 bimbi di 13 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Appartamento attrezzato con ogni confort, arredato con amore e in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro. Supermercato a 1 minuto di distanza. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gemütlich und es ist alle vorhanden. Die Lage ist Top. Einziger Nachteil ist die sehr verkehrsreiche Strasse.

Beautiful apartment in Beautiful Finale Ligure

Great apartment about 8 min walk from the main square of Finale Ligure and right across from many beaches. The apartment has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make meals. The apartment is right next door to the grocery store and was very convenient for getting supplies and making meals. The apartment is very modern and is equipped with AC and blinds which help during the evening and sleeping hours. When we travel we look for a clean apartment and this one was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. All communication with Vittoria was excellent and she was very attentive to any questions we had. Upon our departure Melina (Vittoria's mother) came by and gave us a going home gift- it was very thoughtful and appreciated. If you are considering Finale Ligure- you can't go wrong with this apartment.

Bellissimo! da consigliare!

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni alla fine di febbraio la posizione è molto bella, la casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente, moderna e pulita, sembra di essere a casa, anche il divano letto è molto comodo. Siamo stati benissimo, e i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Torneremo senz'altro!!! Mara

DELIZIOSO APPARTAMENTO FRONTE MARE

E' il secondo anno consecutivo che scegliamo di trascorrere le nostre vacanze ospiti in questo appartamento di recente costruzione, arredato con gusto dagli ampi spazi e luminosissimo. Servizio wifi, tutti i confort per sentirsi a casa !!! Spazioso terrazzo fronte mare. E a rendere tutto ancor più piacevole è sicuramente la diponibilità e l' accoglienza della padrona di casa. Che non solo ci ha fornito informazioni utili su eventi e locali da visitare ma ci ha coccolati con attenzioni che abbiamo apprezzato tanto !!! ......Che dire ancora, ritorneremo sicuramente !!!! Appartamento ideale per noi quattro

Appartamento di buone dimensioni per la nostra famiglia di quattro persone. Spazi luminosi, curati, puliti, con arredamento nuovo, moderno e funzionale. Spazio esterno comodo per depositare attrezzature da spiaggia, per mangiare e per stendere, buona la privacy ottenuta con piante rampicanti. Contatti con la proprietaria ottimi, e accoglienza altrettanto, con gradito regalo e informazioni sugli eventi in corso. Posizione a pochi passi dal mare, in zona Finalpia che noi adoriamo, tanti negozi di alimentari ben forniti a pochi passi e un supermercato a 20 mt. per le altre necessità. L' appartamento è sulla Aurelia, si sente un po' di traffico, ma se si sta quasi sempre in spiaggia non da troppo fastidio. Possibilità di posto auto a 10 mt. da pagare alla proprietaria. Sarà sicuramente una nostra scelta se dovessimo ritornare a Finale Ligure.

Sehr schönes, neues, geräumiges Appartement in Innenstadtlage

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral, es ist komplett neu, toll ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Zur Zeit werden noch weitere Appartements dieses Gebäudes saniert, weshalb wochentags Baulärm entsteht. Leider stören ebenfalls der Straßenlärm und Hausbewohner im Treppenhaus, da sich das Schlafzimmer direkt im Eingangsbereich befindet. Langschläfer werden es schwer haben!

Una vacanza bellissima

Io e lamia famiglia siamo stati 10 giorni a Finale e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento...tutto perfetto: la casa è assolutamente perfetta, pulita e accessoriata!!! La cosa più bella però è che ti senti a casa e non in una fredda casa vacanza!! Noi non possiamo che ringraziare la signora Milena e la figlia Vittoria per aver reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale! Un abbraccio Federica, Pietro e la piccola Gaia!

Casa fronte mare Finale ligure

La casa è molto bella comoda e dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione splendida fronte mare che consente di non usare più la macchina per tutta la vacanza. Comoda anche per 4 persone tenendo conto che si è al mare. La consiglio assolutamente.

.....Appartamento delizioso !!!

L'appartamento di recente ristrutturazione è ampio, molto luminoso e pulito! Ricco di comfort come la nuovissima lavatrice, la lavastoviglie ecc....Lenzuola e asciugamani profumati di fresco bucato.....E la disponibilità e le attenzioni della proprietaria di casa hanno reso la nostra vacanza davvero speciale!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Vacanza perfetta! L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e nuovo, la posizione è ottima. La padrona di casa si è mostrata molto gentile e disponibile. Tra le varie casa-vacanza in cui sono stata questo è sicuramente il migliore! Arianna
