Charming attic apartment with terrace in old restored building from 1850

The rental property is our own apartment and is for this reason high quality furnished and equipped. Thanks to its optimal and very quiet location, this apartment offers the opportunity to both sea activities (incl. Diving, sailing, sandy beaches, etc.) as well as mountain activities (rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, etc.) in a beautiful idyllic protected natural environment to enjoy. The house is 2 km from the city center. The center as well as the sandy beaches are on foot (in about 25 minutes), by bus or by bike (in about 10 minutes) by a slightly rising road (via Calvisio), which runs along the Roman road Julia Augusta easy to reach. The bus stop is just a few steps away from the front door (Busverker frequency every 30 minutes). There is enough public free parking in front of the house.
We can provide our own bike shop and bicycles on request. Exceptionally, we can also provide bed linen and towels against payment (for washing / ironing).

The beautiful old towns Noli and Finalborgo very close (about 10 minutes) are exceptional cultural sites full of charm and history. Monaco (Monte Carlo) is about 100 km away via motorway.

The apartment is located about 4.5 km from the motorway exit "Finale Ligure" of the highway "Genoa-Ventimiglia". Genoa Airport is about 60 km away and Nice is about 120 km away. The "Finale Ligure" train station is about 3 km away and can also be reached by bus. The sports harbor "San Donato" is about 2.5 km away.

Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man kann sich sofort wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist etwas abseits und somit ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Eine Bus Linie ist in der Nähe. Es ist alles vorhanden (TV, Radio, Föhn, ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage). Der Vermieter Juan oder Tommaso waren jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Essen, Ausflüge, Baden. Vielen Dank ihr beide für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Erholsamer Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit schönem Ausblick von derTerrasse in die Berge. Die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt vor der Reise mit Juan war sehr nett und informativ. Auch vor Ort bekamen wir viele nützliche Tipps zu Restaurants und der Umgebung von Tommaso. Man fühlt sich sehr gut betreut. Die Kombination aus Meer und Bergen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 25 Minuten. Wer Fahrräder mitbringen kann, sollte dies tun, da die Parkraumsituation teilweise sehr schwierig ist. Der Strand und das Meer waren sehr sauber und wer abends Lust auf einen schönen Spaziergang, leckeres Essen oder ein Getränk hat ist an der langen Strandpromenade genau richtig. Wir würden eine Fahrt mit der Tartarugabimmelbahn nach Final Borgo am Abend empfehlen. Hier kann man eine wunderschöne Altstadt erleben. Wir sind auch direkt von der Wohnung aus zu einer Wanderung durch die Berge aufgebrochen. Man wird mit wunderschönen Ausblicken belohnt.Wir könnten uns gut vorstellen nochmal unseren Urlaub bei Juan zu verbringen.

Eine Auszeit im Herbst

Nachdem die Sommerferien aller Nationen fertig waren und bevor die Herbststürme einsetzten, war es eine gute Gelegenheit Wärme zu tanken mit wenig Touristen in der Region. Das hat ganz wunderbar geklappt. Dazu war diese Wohnung eine gute Basis für die verschiedenen Aktivitäten am Meer oder in den Bergen.

Urlaub in Finale Ligure

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und durchdacht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und ruhig, man kann das Stadtzentrum von Finale Ligure und die schönen Strände zu Fuß erreichen (ca. 1,5 bis 2 km). Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt an der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir waren rundum glücklich mit unserem Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Kletterferien

Wir verbrachten eine super Zeit in der Ferienwohnung bei Juan. Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Wir genossen jeweils das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, herrlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für sportliche Aktivitäten. Klettergebiet zum Beispiel zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage

“Charmante Attica-Wohnung” trifft es sehr gut: Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll, persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet- man merkt, dass es keine Wohnung nur für Touristen ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt- präzise Informationen per WhatsApp, zur Adresse, zu Parkplätzen, zur Müllentsorgung und auch Rückfragen wurden sofort, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beantwortet - Herr Salomon ist ein Vermieter, der sich wirklich um alles kümmert! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, auch für mehrere Personen gäbe es genügend Schrankplatz, und mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine prima ausgestattet. Auch die Lage hat uns gefallen, man sogar direkt vom Haus aus Wandern oder Klettern gehen. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Straße, die man kaum bemerkt; das Einzige, was man hört, sind krähende Hähne und bellende Hunde. Lediglich die Heizsituation in den Übergangsmonaten ist mitunter nicht ideal - die Zentralheizung war aufgrund behördlicher Verordnung bereits abgeschaltet, die Temperaturen nachts aber ungewöhnlich kühl und man war auf die Sonneneinstrahlung tagsüber angewiesen, um die Wohnung aufzuheizen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ferien in Finale

Grosse und helle Wohnung. Mit dem nötigsten und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zum Einkaufen und Abfall entsorgen ist ein Fahrrad oder Auto von Vorteil. Ruhige Lage. Gegen Aufpreis konnten wir die Fahrräder in einen abschliessbaren Raum schliessen. Wlan war auf Nachfrage erhältlich und sollte nur für WhatsApp und email verwendet werden.

Super Lage, super Vermieter - toller Urlaub!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 5 Leuten für einen Klettertrip in Finale Ligure und sind in Juans Wohnung untergekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Kletterer, nur wenige Autominuten entfernt von Orco, wo viele Klettersektoren liegen. Die Kommunikation mit Juan lief einwandfrei und die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand. Besonders genossen haben wir die Dachterasse die ideal ist für ein gemütliches Frühstück, einen Schattenplatz an heißen Tagen oder ein schönes Dinner am Abend.

Incantevole

Pochi giorni per staccare. Il mare ad agosto è super affollato e ritrovare la tranquillità della casa non ha prezzo. Ben situata, allo stesso tempo centrale ma fuori dal caos. Ottimo unto di partenza per attività al mare, in bici o escursioni e arrampicata. Appartamento spazioso, moderno, arredato con gusto. Contatto in loco e proprietario gentili e disponibili. Un bel ricordo.

Tolle Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend. Wir (2 Erw., 1 Tennager) haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt dort. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Das WLAN war sehr gut und hat prima funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage befand sich in beiden Schlafräumen und im Wohnraum/Küche, musste allerdings nicht allzu oft genutzt werden, trotz schönem, warmen Sommerwetter. Auch wenn es eine Dachwohnung ist, staut sich dort die Hitze nicht, vorausgesetzt man macht die Dachfenster auf und lässt die Luft herein, die von den Berghängen herunterkommt. Die Wohnung liegt am oberen Ende von Calvisio, zwar direkt an einer Straße aber trotzdem extrem ruhig. Von der Wohnung bis an den Strand läuft man ca. 20-30 Minuten. Parkplätze in Strandnähe waren Mitte August nicht zu bekommen, da nutzt man einfacher den Linienbus. Dieser ist mit der Touristenkarte kostenlos und fährt regelmäßig. Hilfreich ist es, wenn man Fahrräder dabei hat. Dann kann man auch einfach mal kurz in einen Supermarkt oder zum Bäcker radeln, denn in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (soweit wir herausgefunden haben). Im Ort selber gibt es aber vier größere Supermärkte und mehrere Bäckereien. Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung ideal, da sie in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campingplatz Eurocamping Calvisio liegt (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss Richtung Ortsmitte) und dort einige Freunde ihren Urlaub verbracht haben. Alles in allem war es eine schöne Wohnung, die wir bedenkenlos Freunden weiterempfehlen würden. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und für uns immer über WhatsApp erreichbar. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal Juan!
