This lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a formal living room, a spacious kitchen & a dining area with a large 10 person table for all your family meals. Sleeping quarters consist of 3 queen beds, and 2 twin beds for sleeping of up to 8 comfortably. The welcoming family room, featuring an 82” tv and pocket sliders to the heated pool & lanai area, is a perfect place for friends & family to relax. The private master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a beautiful tiled shower & a jetted soaker tub for relaxing! Our lanai offers a large pool area and tranquil views of the canal. The boat ramp is less than a mile away!! We offer 4 new bikes, a kayak and canoe, and light fishing gear for your water adventures and enjoyment. We also have a pontoon boat available for rent. Just minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach and waterfront restaurants, it is centrally located to many other restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Just a quick trip over the bridge and you can visit historical Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and the Edison Estates! Come and enjoy our tropical paradise prepared just for you.
