Electricity costs are minimal at a nominal US $56.00 per week. Any additional usage will be charged at a reasonable US $0.18 per kWh, payable to the property manager upon departure or deducted from the security deposit.

A 50% refund for cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival.
