Great place. Great Area.

Booked this for a getaway for my father. He was very impressed with the stay. Very short walk to the beach and very quiet part of the neighborhood. Will definitely be booking again, maybe for myself next time!

Great week at the beach.

Great property! Location and comfort was super! The bed was heavenly comfort and the kitchen had everything you could need. The chairs outside on the little deck were perfect for sitting outside at the end of the day with a cool beverage. We loved our stay and would be happy to return.

Spacious and attractive —

This beautifully decorated apartment is just a five minute walk from fantastic Butler’s Beach. It is also just a short drive from historic St. Augustine. By renting this property, you get the best of both worlds — beach and city.

A short review

A great place for walking on the beach. A short drive to St. Augustine, Anastasia Park, lighthouse and many museums. The Property Manager was totally on top of our needs, however small

Great location, clean and updated accommodations.

Pictures were true to actual rental. Great communication from the owners. Location was excellent. 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Boardwalk and natural path available to the beach. Pictures were representative of the actual rental. Quiet residential neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Our sincerest apologies for these issues. We take a lot of pride in our rentals and have a great track record for maintaining a very clean environment for our guests as reflected in prior reviews on VRBO and other booking websites. Unfortunately, things like this can be overlooked from time to time especially during the busy season. Regardless, this level of cleanliness is not in line with our standards and appropriate action has been taken with our cleaners to ensure this does not happen again. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

Family reunion

I was traveling to the area for a family reunion. Location was perfect. Communication with property owner and property manager was timely. House was clean, well supplied for my needs. I was in the downstairs apartment so no real outside space to hang out. I didn't know I was renting the downstairs apartment. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy, sounding like they were moving furniture around. In the future I'd rent this apartment again, but ensure I was upstairs. Wifi and streaming services worked well. Definitely would recommend to other people.

Quaint Getaway

Pretty property, strps from the beach. Historic downtown a brief drive north. Outlet mall a brief drive south. Bed was super comfortable. Upgrades throughout were beautiful! Recommendation is to bring extra towels/washcloths if you have more than one guest staying longer than 2 days. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cleanest Place Ever

We stay in 3-5 VRBO rentals a year and while we’ve never actually stayed in somewhere I’d call dirty, we’ve never stayed someone that I’d call this clean! Place was immaculate and spotless. Just a 5 minute walk from the beach and close drive to everything. I was concerned when renting about the other unit being above this one but the only time we really heard anyone above us was when the cleaners ran the vacuum, must be a thick ceiling between the two units. Was a good setup and perfect for my wife and I. Would 10/10 recommend and stay there again. The only issue we had (but was a non issue) is the folks who checked in our last day used both their cars to take up all the parking, but there is parking 15’ away on the street so not a big deal, just had to walk a few extra steps for packing up to leave the next day (after eating all the good food all week I’m sure we needed the extra steps lol) Highly recommend this place!

Thank you for the awesome review Zach! We're thrilled that you two enjoyed your stay and were able to get some much needed beach time in. I also apologize about the parking...There's usually room for 3 cars but people need to park methodically. I'm glad you figured out the parking across the street and that it wasn't too big of an issue. Thanks again and we look forward to you both coming back again soon!
