1ST STREET RETREAT UPDATED DOG FRIENDLY APARTMENT WITH FENCED IN YARD!!

Enjoy your stay @ 1st Street Retreat, a newly updated DOG FRIENDLY open concept studio apartment with private entrance and fenced in yard. Location is 1 block to the beach and walking distance to all your favorite restaurants like the famous Taco Shop right on the corner, Mango Mangos, Beach Comber, Café Eleven, Sunset Grille, Salt Life and the best ice cream in town Cone Heads.

Get in the car and take a quick 7 minute car ride to historic downtown and enjoy all it has to offer.


The outside retreat consists of outdoor shower which is great after a day at the beach with your dog, Propane BBQ, table and chairs, a propane fire pit for those cool relaxing evenings which goes perfect with a glass of wine.
We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and beach cart.

Inside you will enjoy the beach feel of the open concept apartment with free wireless internet, Smart TV for streaming. Dog friendly floors, King size bed, kitchen with stainless steel appliances which consist of oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, blender, dishes, cups, bowls, silverware etc. Bathroom with walk in shower and all amenities you need.

We allow up to 2 dogs, there is a dog fee of $75.00

SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED DUE TO ALLERGIES

All you need to do is pack your clothes and your dog and come and enjoy our little retreat.

We travel quite a bit with our dogs and this place was one of the most accommodating units we’ve ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and Lisa added so many small touches that made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The location was great. We walked to several restaurants and bars. We also took the dogs to the beach during our stay. With or without dogs, I’d highly recommend staying here. We definitely will when we come back to St. Augustine.

Lisa is very welcoming! She messaged and met us, offered suggestions on attractions, walking areas, and pet friendly restaurants, and answered questions. She even had cold water ready for the dogs! The apartment was clean and well appointed and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing with the dogs. We especially appreciated that she didn’t limit the pet friendly to tiny dogs. Our 2- 75lb retrievers were very welcomed - unique in our experience. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place and great location

We had a great time here! The place was clean and spacious and just what we needed. The location is great, short walk to the beach, right by A1A Burrito Works, and enjoyed a bunch of great restaurants downtown. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and comfortable property. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach. Next door to great restaurants and a coffee shop. Would absolutely stay here any time we are in the area

A wonderful getaway

The accommodations were perfect for us and our dogs. Being able to have the back yard to ourselves made it very easy to let our "girls" come in and out as needed. Location right across from the beach was easy access and we had some of the Best tacos from Taco Shop right on the corner, so good we had them both nights :-)

Great Location

My husband and I chose St Augustine Beach because it is a nice beach town that is dog friendly. After traveling to a few places and finding issues with finding accommodations that are clean, we'll maintained and dog friendly we chose our house in st augustine which is 1 block from the beach and we loved the fact we can offer a Pet friendly place to stay for others.
