Extremely over priced

I paid 3x the price of what is worth. The staff are great the facilities is mediocre. The pictures isn't updated to its current condition. Bed sheets are torn and the AC drips condensation on top of the pillow. Mold grew on that pillow too. We needed the fan and AC running for about an hour to get it to temperature at our comfortable staying but at least it work. The direction to get there is the worst. Crossed a sewage bridge and through ancient small streets. If you tried to get out to town in the morning expect to hit some crazy traffic as everyone is trying cross through a small bridge with cars, tuk tuk and motorcycle.

Thank you for your stay and your feedback! The rate we offer if below the market price for short stay whole apartments, but some booking platforms take more or less commission... you could have save a lot by contact us directly ( we also offer much cheaper rates with electricity charged separately ) Thank to your feedback we found the pillow with a stain( not mold ) and fixed the air conditioned. The traffic in Phnom Penh in rush hours around 8am and also around 5:30pm can be difficult in the city, it is not specific to our area nor because of the canal bridge ( this canal prevent to flash flooding like others downtown, it is not sewage even if some locals misuse it) Useful tip for your next stays at any place, just try to communicate about your issues, it can be fixed quickly for a better stay instead of deal with it and complain on a review post stay, everybody would be more happy! :) We wish you the best !

Equipe dynamique et disponible pour régler les petits soucis. Petit bémol au niveau de la climatisation un peu faiblarde. Emplacement un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêt mais il y a les tuktuk. Application Gratuite vivement conseillée. Restaurant à tester. Excellent rapport qualité prix au niveau de l'hébergement.
