The owner was in the customer service industry for many years and is dedicated to insuring you have a great experience during your time in the condo.
I purchased the unit from my mentor Chuck Herzog. I rented the unit from Chuck for many years until purchasing it from him. Chuck is helping me manage the unit so we can assure guests will continue to get the same great service in the unit that they have come to expect.
The unit has premium features, including modern appliances with ice-maker, a 43' inch flat screen Smart TV in the living area and 32" in the bedroom, and Premium Quality LaCrosse Queen, Extra Long Sofa Bed With 7" Mattress! The California KING BED is high-quality.
A programmable electronic touch-pad door lock provides security and convenience, allowing you to go directly to your unit and enter using your unique code--no check-in required.
Our building has many safety features, including an automatic fire sprinkler system and code-compliant smoke detection system, fire doors, and smoke barriers. Sixteen video surveillance cameras monitor all entrances, the parking lot, and various areas of the building. Entry to the building is via a security code system, with each unit assigned a unique code.
A large, newly-renovated shared hot tub adjacent to the pool on the first floor is the perfect place to soothe muscles and share ski stories after a spectacular day in Utah's legendary snow, or after exploring the wonderful summer environment. The large outdoor pool is heated to 88 degrees during the winter, and 78 during the summer. Both the pool and hot tub utilize a modern salt chlorination system wich provides a more gentle bathing experience.
Ski boots can be worn to the mountain, as the FREE TRANSIT BUS picks you up a half block away and drops you off very close to the lifts at Deer Valley and Vail's Park City Mountain, now combined with Canyons Resort to create America's largest ski area at 7300 acres. From there, you can ride the new Quicksilver Gondola to the Canyons area. If you prefer to go directly to the people-moving gondola at Canyons base, it is about a 15-minute bus ride.
A two-place boot dryer is supplied in the unit, as are a humidifier, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
The condo is ideal for a summer or fall stay, as it has a modern, full-service air conditioning system, and is in an ideal location for access to trail riding, tennis courts, and all that Park City offers.
The bus system is outstanding, with three different lines serving nearby stops, including an express route to downtown. Once you get to Carriage House from the airport via a variety of shuttle options, a rental car is an unnecessary expense.

I am a commercial photographer/videographer. I also do instructional design for a large security company. I have been an avid skier and motorcyclist for most of my life. I have been coming to Park City for over 40 years. I rented this unit for many years from my good friend Chuck and after years of bugging him he finally agreed to sell to me. I am absolutely thrilled to own this property in Park City as I think it is one of the best places in the country to ski and vacation.
Why they chose this property
Carriage house has an excellent location in Park City. It is close to everything and you can walk to several great resturants and bars as well as art galleries. As the growth of the Prospector Square continues this location becomes more appealing all the time, given the many improvements in Prospectors Square and the many more that are underway.
For your safety and peace of mind our cleaners use CDC approved sanitizer, concentrating on high touch items like remotes, handles, and drawers. And any hard surfaces. Cleaners wear booties, gloves, and masks, Cleaners also bleach cleaning tools, ie. Vacuums, mops, etc. in between cleanings.

What makes this property unique
This unit is a great value in Park City as it is appealing to families and small groups of friends to be able to rent a great unit for a resonable cost. The Sundance Film Festival Headquarters is located on the back side of the building during the festival. You are literally at ground zero of the festival.
