Whether you want to cook in the full kitchen, enjoy an evening by the fireplace, or catch some sun by the pool, you'll find all the comforts of home. The condo is located in a gated community, which offers access to a fitness center and pool. The condo is located in the heart of the Old Mesilla, walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, and shopping.

The condo is almost 1200 sq. ft. with an open floor plan. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom is right next to the 2nd full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo, offering a great convenience for longer stays. The living area, dining room, and kitchen are open to each other. You'll love the fireplace and granite countertops in the full kitchen that has the essentials, including a coffee maker, dishes, pots pans, and spice rack.

Fresh paint and new carpet!

**POOL is OPEN** It’s heated Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day. No glass containers or bottles in pool area for safety reasons. Steps from the front door in a quiet private gated courtyard is the beautiful swimming pool and bbq grills (available first come first serve basis). Pool towels are available in the linen closet.

All swim diapers must have a plastic/rubber diaper cover worn over them. This is a requirement per health department.

The fitness center is also a short walk from the front door.

This is a lovely property in a gated community in Mesilla (Las Cruces NM). A 2BD/2BA it is a spacious unit with a large living area and fully stocked kitchen. It was a perfect getaway with great restaurants nearby, like DH Lescombes and Andele. A first floor unit, it was quiet. Never hear a dog bark or anyone upstairs. Our host was great. We will definitely stay here again.

very comfortable condo. The owner was very responsive and prompt to my requests. This condo was in a very good location for us. We met people to visit with, we could easily access hiking trails, grocery stores and Main Street farmers markets. We would stay here again!

Great Spot in Mesilla

This was a great spot for a our short stay in Mesilla as we were in town for a wedding. Access to the property was simple and Veronica was great with communication. The condo was clean and the ability to hit the pool midday was great. The location was close enough to the restaurants and cafes that we elected to walk the 5-10 minutes to them.

Foul Water

Upon arrival we noticed the water smelled like sufur. We contacted the owner. She initially said she knew about this ands that the cleaning people said it was safe. Cleaning people would not know that. Later she tried to get a plumber, but it was the weekend. We did not bath, nor drink the water, nor wash dishes. Ate off of paper plates. The situation was a known before we arrived.

Beautiful Condo near Old Mesilla

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo near Old Mesilla. The grounds were well maintained and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet inner courtyard. It was a great surprise to find an outstanding restaurant/winery about a block from the condo. My son and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place

The condo is located near Old Mesilla, which is a great little neighborhood with excellent restaurants. We stayed there when we attended a sporting event at NMSU and it was in close proximity to campus. The condo has everything needed to make meals and the spacious area is perfect if you have teens. Veronica was very attentive and responded to text messages immediately. Veronica is a great hostess and I would highly recommend her condo as a place to stay if you are in Las Cruces.

Lovely condo with all you need while exploring the many wonderful attractions in the area. (White Sands, Mesilla, Las Cruces) The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and the pool is a nice extra after a long day of hiking and/or sightseeing.
