Stay was excellent. Home interior was beautifully decorated and super clean! The king size bed was super comfortable! Very unique and roomy floor plan! Location was close to shopping and resturaunts. Conveniently located near I-25. Will stay here again when passing thru Las Cruces!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I can speak highly of the kitchen as I cook while we travel and I found all types of pans and tools to make meal prepping easier. Thank you so much for a well set up kitchen. The showers in this home are awesome and the living space was wonderful. My husband loved having a garage. This home did not disappoint.

Best hosts ever!

So many nice touches really made for a great stay specially after a long two day drive to get here. This was easily the best property we have gotten from VRBO. Could not have wanted anything more! Perfection!

Adorable place

We loved this place! It is decorated nicely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub on the patio was welcomed after a day of hiking. It is located next to a busy road and unfortunately there was construction while we were there making for a noisy morning. Once this is complete I am sure it would not be as noisy. A great place to stay for exploring the area!

Beautiful place

We loved this location. The jacuzzi was already heated for us to relax when we arrived, and the place was much larger than the pictures led on to be. I will be back for sure!

Clean, close to D.H. Lescombes restaurant which is always yummy! Everything you could possibly need. Shower was amazing! Unfortunately I did not get to soak in the hot tub, but will definitely be back! Thank you!

This place blew me away. I only stayed one night, but I wish I could have moved in! Tucked away in Las Cruces, this home had the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The vibe was super cozy with just the right touch of minimalism and greenery — think clean lines, beautiful plant accents, and that relaxing energy you can feel the moment you walk in. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and way more impressive than any hotel I’ve stayed in. And don’t even get me started on the jacuzzi — top-tier, private, and exactly what I needed to unwind. The host was fantastic: clear, kind, and lightning-fast with communication. You can tell they really care about your experience. For the price? Honestly a steal. I’ll be coming back to this gem every chance I get.

Everything you Need in Las Cruces

This rental is perfect. Easy access, garage for your vehicle, very quite to outside noise, private hot tub, wonderful showers and bathroom amenities, all the kitchen needs. Private front courtyard, nicely appointed furniture and wall pieces, very comfy bed in master. Cannot think of one thing missing.

Great Getaway w/friends

We love coming to Las Cruces to meetup with our wonderful friends from Rio Rancho. We always pick a few popular sites and restaurants while there. This visit was no exception.When pulling in to the duplex we rented we were concerned with the location being so close to a major road and the potential for too much road noise. Having said that, we were pleasantly surprised.

Reservation canceled at last minute by owner

Upon inquiring about check-in procedure just hours before our intended arrival I was notified by the owner that this property was no longer available as the previous guests had not vacated the property, refused to leave, and had caused extensive damage during a party the night before our planned arrival. She stated she would refund our money (which she did) and an additional $75 for the inconvenience of having to find other lodging (never received that additional amount). Fortunately we were able to find other accommodations that would accept dogs, but it was major headache and had the potential of ruining planned trip when we were 600 miles from home.
