House with a large living room with kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, fridge freezer, microwave oven and Wifi possible.
On the floor, 3 rooms: 2 with bed of 140 and one with 2 beds of 80; bathroom and wc.
Terrace, garden table with chairs and possibility of barbecue.
Near the village Saint Félicien, municipal swimming pool, tennis court, grocery stores, bakeries, doctors, pharmacy, 2 weekly markets on Fridays and Sundays. Many hiking trails to do.
At about 25 km you can enjoy as you wish the small train of the Ardèche, bike-rail, safari Peaugres

Hébergement idéalement placé en pleine campagne , vue sur les montagnes Ardéchoises et à proximité de producteurs locaux (jus de fruits, confitures, sirops, fromages...)et proche de sentiers de randonnées. Calme et détente au rendez-vous dans cette location avec un espace à vivre spacieux et de belles vues des fenêtres des chambres à l'étage. A conseiller.

In het stenen huis kom je tot rust. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een goede uitval basis om te gaan racefietsen. Simone is een attente gastvrouw! Het huis is zeer schoon en compleet.

Nous avons passé 14 jours en Ardèche et nous avons été très satisfait du gîte. Le calme et la vue sont des points forts. Nos enfants ne voulaient plus repartir. Pleins de belles choses à faire pour ceux qui aiment les balades et profiter de la nature.

Un décor de rêve, une vue incroyable. Des ballades en partant à pied du gîte, d'autres plus loin en voiture, des lieux, des villages et même des musées, caves, etc. Parfait ! Des parties de pétanque, des jeux. Bref de super vacances! Trop courtes, mais nous y reviendrons !

het huisje was perfect, het is mooier/beter als de foto's op de site tonen. wellicht iets om deze een keer te updaten. enige minpunt was de vele vliegen die in en om het huis waren, misschien dat daar een keer iets aan gedaan kan worden. verder hebben we echt genoten.

Tout est dit dans le titre. La maison est située dans un cadre très calme. Elle est très bien aménagée, il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires habitent à côté et se rendent très disponibles en cas de besoin.

Belle découverte de l'Ardèche du Nord

Ce fut un plaisir de découvrir cette belle région et de rester ces quelques jours dans cette propriété. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La maison est très propre et bien pensée. N'hésitez pas par contre à bien vous renseigner auprès du propriétaire pour venir car Google maps nous a bien souvent fait perdre notre route...
