House with a large living room with kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, fridge freezer, microwave oven and Wifi possible.
On the floor, 3 rooms: 2 with bed of 140 and one with 2 beds of 80; bathroom and wc.
Terrace, garden table with chairs and possibility of barbecue.
Near the village Saint Félicien, municipal swimming pool, tennis court, grocery stores, bakeries, doctors, pharmacy, 2 weekly markets on Fridays and Sundays. Many hiking trails to do.
At about 25 km you can enjoy as you wish the small train of the Ardèche, bike-rail, safari Peaugres
