Fridge is moldy and really not suitable for food. We almost ran out of toilet paper. There was only a partial roll and it’s a 40 minute drive to town, and an hour to Walmart. The cabin was cute and secluded.
I had a great stay with my husband, daughter, and dog. We really enjoyed the cabin and the beautiful woodsy area around it. I should note that the road to get to the cabin is about 22 minutes from the main road.
Beautiful property with 8 cabins. Our cabin was so clean bed inviting. The cabins are small however we spent much of our time outdoors. About 20 minutes to restaurants and to Beaver Bend State Park which is very beautiful also. Chuck and Angie are very gracious hosts who aim to make your stay exactly what you want it to be. Will definitely be coming back!

It is not close to the water, not just a few steps, like it was mentioned on the rental offering.
Overall it was nice. It is not close to water, you have to hike down to the lake and there is no room for captain chairs! Or, walk, 20 minutes, or drive. The cabin was overall nice and clean, but much smaller as it showed on pictures!
My fiance and I stayed Thursday night to Sunday morning and didnt want to leave. The cabins are very comfortable while also providing isolation and access to nature and wildlife right outside your door. 100% recommend this place.
